For the price of the room, we expected cleaner, more “up to date” facilities.
Pros:

The best part of our stay was our interaction with the front desk associate. He was very friendly and check in/check out was quick and easy.

Cons:

The room was dated and upkeep was lacking.
On our way to the elevator, past the lobby we encountered two large dogs barking at us with their owners struggling to control them.

Cons:

The floor in the room had been shampooed and was still soaking wet. The bed was very uncomfortable. The price was not comparable to the facility

Convenient location. Great staff. Decent breakfast.
Pros:

The staff are always so friendly!

Cons:

The carpets in the room were really dirty. The walls in the room could use a nice scrub. Some of the tables in the room were dirty. The ac rarely came on so the room was a bit warm and the warmness contributed to the nasty smell of the carpets.

Pros:

The handicap shower was great! Very good grip bars, shower seat, and shower head.

Cons:

Basic maintenance in the room. Chipped shower floor, poor to no trim paint in the room, open screw and nail holes from previous repairs - but still unfinished. Looks like a Third Grader did the work.
