Le personnel était gentil

Cons:

Très peu d’éclairage dans la chambre gros manque de lumière. Nous avions une suite mais aucune équipement (ustensiles, assiettes, linge à vaisselle ou liquide à vaiselle)

Excellent stay
Pros:

The room was cozy and clean. We had a great view of the city, we were right across the street from Chinatown. It was easy to walk to the subway and just a short walk to Old Montreal.

Cons:

The entire window shade fell off the wall when I tried to close it. No one was hurt

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à la porte du quartier asiatique et 15 minutes du vieux Montréal et 5 minutes de la rue Sainte Catherine.
Il y a moyen de rayonner à pieds avec un parking en sous sol peu cher à 150 mètres. Le lieu est idéal. Toutefois l'hôtel reste poussiéreux de l'ascenseur à la chambre. Cette dernière est exiguë et défraîchie mais propose une vue magnifique sur la ville le soir.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas agréable. Il est préférable de petit déjeuner dans les boulangeries alentours.
Cette hôtel mérite une bonne rénovation car il a du potentiel.

Location is so convenient to many things!
Pros:

Location was amazing- so close to everything in old Montreal. Very quick walk to tons of restaurants

Cons:

Saw lots of reviews about the slow elevator but honestly it wasn't as bad. The outdoor terrace on the 5th floor was not open but we never asked why. But there's so much to do outside of the hotel it was not a problem.

Convenient, comfortable hotel in a great location
Pros:

Extremely helpful and professional reception staff. Great location, close to all the main areas I wanted to visit. Good facilities in the room.

Cons:

The hallways were very dark and the lifts were slow. There was road noise at night, given that the hotel is in a major route.

Prendre possession à 3 h am à la sortie des bar et réaliser que les rideaux ne ferme pas un coter casser et les draps sont tacheté de sang pas fort la réception qui pensait que c’était des punaises tu vois clairement que ça été fait par une femme et jamais nettoyé avant de ma louer

Parfait pour un court séjour.
Pros:

L’emplacement géographique et la bienveillance du personnel à la réception.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner « inclus ». La nourriture était de mauvaise qualité les choix limités. Le service au restaurant et la propreté médiocre.
