Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel même si l'avenue est assez bruyante. Chambre un peu petite mais bien aménagée

Cons:

Erreur dans la facturation des petits déjeuners. Nous ne l'avons pris qu'une fois, la qualité n'étant pas au rendez vous, compte tenu du prix. Comme la facture a été envoyée après notre départ, nous ne nous sommes pas rendu compte de l'erreur. Un appel téléphonique n'ayant pas réglé le problème, nous sommes retournés à l'hôtel quelques jours plus tard et avons du batailler pour prouver notre bonne foi.

Pros:

Great location between downtown and Old Montreal. 10 min walk in either direction. 1 min walk to China Town. Park on the side of the hotel, run in and valet will park your car. Eat compared to many hotels which do not offer a parking solution. Needs are comfortable.

Could use a little touch up.

Malheureusement il y avait du bruit qui provenaient de je sais où dans la chambre. J'ai demandé au staff d'essayer de régler le problème, mais ils n'ont pas pu régler le problème.

Donc du bruit et donc du réveil intempestifs plusieurs fois par nuit. En dehors de ça, tout était vraiment bien, mais ça a quand pas mal gâché mon expérience.

Started well, ended badly.
Cons:

Disappointing that anno 2026 items with low value (a 4-year-old Apple Watch) can still be targets for hotel staff to steal. So, good advice is to keep low-value items with you when you leave the room. Response from hotel staff/reception was below expectations on this matter. Made the general feeling of this stay very low. I'm travelling alot worldwide, and I can't recall such a bad experience in a very long time. Hope the management takes the right action and removes the staff from the payroll asap. Was my first booking with this hotel, and also my last one. Next visit, I will look for a hotel that doesn't have reviews about theft by hotel staff. PS: I'm still happy to collect the watch from the staff if they feel remorse from their action.

On a aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié le petit déjeuner qu'il facture quand même assez cher et il n'y a pas de jus de fruit, ni de yaourt et le café est de qualité moyenne
