Hotel bien placé sans plus.
Pros:

Bien placé par rapport au Vieux Montréal et à la rue Ste Catherine

Cons:

Personnel peu disponible, peu informé, à l’exception d’une personne qui nous a reçu le premier jour à notre arrivée.
Un ascenseur jamais dispo.
La chambre dans un angle de l’établissement mal agencée.

Séjour peu reposant à cause de la qualité du sommeil offert au 12ème étage.
Pros:

L’emplacement proche de la vielle ville, du métro … et au final de tout donc on est resté à pieds pour visiter

Cons:

Les chambres (1207 et 1204) à l’étage 12 sont d’une très mauvaise qualité pour un hôtel. Il y a constamment un bruit de 50 décibels du climatiseur de l’hôtel sur le toit (pas celui de la chambre) qui rend dingue et empêche de dormir. On entend également l’ascenseur faire ses vas et vient en permanence … Au prix de la nuit c’est abusé surtout pour rester éveiller à cause de ces désagréments.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être facilement améliorable également (les tables collent quand vous posez vos bras dessus au passage … c’est qu’il faut nettoyer un peu mieux)

Random hours of house cleaning staff. Was there 4 nights, house keeping came only one day. Overheard a walk in guest get a room for $280/night. Why was i charged $3000 + for 4 nights? Fridge did not work.

Top Lage im Zentrum, freundliches Personal, großzügige Zimmer. Nette Lokale in Umgebung.

Cons:

Bitte NICHT über Booking.com buchen!!! Preis war viel zu teuer - direkt beim Hotel zu buchen wäre viel preisgünstiger gewesen. Habe booking.com zwei Mal per mail kontaktiert und keine Antwort erhalten, sehr unseriös von booking.com!
