We only stayed for 1 night, but it was a good experience.
It was very quiet.
It would have been better to have a fridge in the room.
Excellent breakfast and friendly staff
There were no glasses in the room, so we had to use cups for drinking water.
Parking right outside, clear check in instructions, helpful staff. Breakfast was nice. Good central location.

WiFi was patchy. The room we were allocated was actually identical to a Pontins chalet, not an integrated hotel room that we had expected from the pictures on Booking.com. No lounge, which is weird.

The hotel and room were lovely and very comfortable - fabulous bathroom in my room. The staff were excellent, couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The Mulberry Restaurant was great - delicious food and excellent, polite service. Location was great for Royal Three Counties show.
Sadly, the Lantern Indian restaurant was a shambles. We booked a table for 7.30 pm, but ended up walking out at 8.10 pm having been ignored and not even offered a drink. Another 2 people who were there before us, walked out 10 minutes earlier. I have never walked out of a restaurant in my life.
