Great location. Food was good.
Lots of stairs in the property. Parking very tight.
The location of the hotel.
The bedroom and the bathroom facilities. There was virtually no space for both of us to be moving around the bedroom at the same time. The bathroom facilities were very basic. There was no view from the bedroom which was at the back of the hotel above the kitchen which was not very pleasant.
It was a very expensive stay considering that the facilities were very basic.
The breakfast was disappointing as many of the items on the menu were not available.

The hotel is in a lovely location and the staff are friendly and most accommodating.
The room was lovely but over the entrance to the hotel so other guests were constantly banging the door, not the hotels fault but it kept us awake most nights.
Also the price we paid was double what we paid last year which I do think is a little excessive, I think there should be a deal or discount for staying 3 nights or more.

The room was very basic ,the shower looked very tired and need of renewing ,only saw reception when we booked otherwise closed.beds could be more comfortable.

Excellent location. Beautiful building and could be a fabulous hotel but needs a lot of money spending on it. Room was lovely and our view was exceptional. Staff were friendly. Outdoor seating is nicely done.
The hotel overall is tired. Breakfast only had one staff member on trying to do everything. She tried her best.

Excellent location, a short walk from the Malvern town centre, about 3 mins walk, the rooms are clean and functional and the staff all super friendly. Breakfast was great, good selection of food, well cooked and friendly table service. Parking and Wi-Fi being included is always a winner for me also. Will stay here again for sure.
I am being super picky, but the walls between some rooms are very thin and you can hear others snoring, the showers are electric and not very powerful but still functional and clean.
The rooms outside, to the rear of the property can be very loud, I was awoken early as the bottle bin was emptied at the back of the pub/restaurant, this is something that must be looked into, such as a no noise policy before 09:00 ???
The hotel is in a good position and the views are beautiful.
The beds were terribly uncomfortable and I asked to be moved to a different room. After trying out 6 different mattresses to find one that was not lumpy, I was told I would need to upgrade to a better room to get a good mattress so I checked those rooms as well and they had the same lumpy. cheap mattress. Walking around the hotel one could see that it was dirty, the carpets were awful and the bathrooms were dirty. The room I ended up in was overlooking the kitchen area and was apparently one of the newly refurbished rooms!
Location is perfect for the hills. Staff friendly & welcoming. Excellent value for money when visiting Malvern
