Pros:

Breakfast in The Mulberry Tree was very disorganised and seemed there wasn't enough staff. We had to ask for several things like that had run low such as orange juice, museli, milk, sugar.. all essentials that should be kept on top off. We didn't blame the staff as they were very forthcoming and tried their best, this is simply down to bad management. Overall the breakfast itself was very good but please employ more staff for accommodate for the busy periods.

Cons:

We came as a group of 4 for a special birthday and had room 10 and 11
Room 10 was great but room 11 spoilt for stay for the other couple as it was so small. It was a complete letdown considering we booked at the same time and the both rooms the same price.
Obviously room 11 should have been charged at a lower rate. This did spoil our stay as we asked for the bigger room.

A short overnight stay in Great Malvern made all the better by this comfortable hotel.

Perfect town centre location.
Tasty breakfast.
Would we stay there again? Without a doubt!

A beautiful hotel on the outside and an amazing location but let down by the interior.
Pros:

The location is fabulous. Our room had an amazing view of Malvern Priory and the steps up to the hills are immediately next door to the hotel.

Cons:

It felt rather tired. The carpets needed replacing - or at least a good clean. The cooked breakfast was good but the continental was rather poor. The fan provided in the room was fairly useless on a hot day.
