Perfect location. Great staff.

Spotless and spacious suite with full kitchen. Steps from the main shopping and dining area, yet quiet. Would definitely stay again if back in Newport.

The was a very nice B&B, very spacious rooms and exceptionally clean. This had everything we needed . The convivence of being a 30 second walk to the heart of Newport was perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze and as I mentioned this place go my vote of a 10 out of 10.

MY wife and I truly enjoyed our stay in a very nice 1-bedroom unit (#5) in early June. The location is superb, with virtually all of downtown Newport within walking distance. It was much more spacious than we expected, with comfortable furnishings, a very comfortable bed, fully functional kitchen, and ... surprise, surprise ... a functioning fireplace! And the garden courtyard entry was charming. Great place to settle in after a day walking around town, or all sorts of restaurants, bistros, bars and lounges nearby for eats and nightlife. Although we didn't use all of the unit's amenities, it was nice knowing they are there (and we'll know next time).

And we certainly appreciated the patience and hospitality of the staff when we failed to notice the instructions for after-hours entry that had been texted to us earlier in the day. The contactless check-in/out was great, but the staff were responsive and understanding and got us in with virtually no delay, even though it was our fault. Although we're tempted to keep this secret to ourselves, we will be recommending this place to our friends.

Hidden gem in the center of downtown! Walking distance to everything, spacious 3 bedroom unit perfect for families, and dog friendly with a park a block away. Will stay here again next time I’m in Newport.

This place is such a gem! Our son was married in Newport, and I had booked 3 rooms at the Marriott for our family. Getting closer to the wedding weekend, I realized we would need a little more space - for assembling welcome bags etc. I found this 3 bedroom condo and it was perfect and half the price of the Marriott! Everyone had their own space, the rooms were super quiet. One bedroom does not have a closet for hanging clothes - that would be the only negative - some sort of hanging rack in there, even a coat stand would be nice. The location was amazing - as our welcome party and rehearsal dinner were both less than a 5 minute walk away. The staff was always available and checked on us each day before housekeeping left, dropped off fresh towels, etc.. If we ever return to Newport we will definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping could have done a better job; never took out garbage. Also the crowd from bar on the corner came onto street and was very loud at night

Loved the place! We had a one bed, one bath, with a living room and kitchen…lots of space. The staff was really helpful and the location is in the heart of Newport. Can’t wait to go back.
