Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable et arrangeant, la chambre était très bien équipée, propre et très spacieuse, le lit était confortable. Le petit déjeuner proposait une large variété.

Sehr gute Lage mit schnellem Zugang zu den Pisten und Loipen und auch zu allen Restaurants! Frühstück völlig ausreichend und super freundliches Personal

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In dem Haus, in dem wir untergebracht waren fanden Bauarbeiten zu merkwürdigen Zeiten statt, so dass an ein Ausruhen nach dem Skifahren nicht zu denken war und auch am Abend wurde noch gehämmert und gebohrt. Man sollte wissen, dass es keinen direkten Zugang vom Zimmer zum SPA gibt, selbst wenn man ein Zimmer mit kostenlosem Zugang zum SPA bucht. Bademäntel nicht verfügbar, man benutzt die Handtücher aus dem Hotelzimmer.

Große Empfehlung für Levi.
Pros:

Super geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. In einem seperaten Gebäude zum Frühstück dafür hatten wir das Glück unterirdisch zur Wasserwelt zu gelangen. Ausflüge konnten wir meist direkt vom Hotel starten.

Location and hospitality. The room size. Breakfast is rather good but also busy

Cons:

The spa is in another building and seems like a different business, I did not get any discount, so I'm not sure where the name spa comes from. The water world, saunas and pools, is also another business outside the hotel. I got a discount but still you have to pay per day unless you buy a pass in the hotel (which is also an extra).
