My room staff and view were marvelous. My dinner at the restaurant bar was excellent
There was not any really nice restaurant at the hotel for breakfast. Very disappointing.
The view and the cleanies
Restaurants nasty no special couples massages or activities for us to enjoy besides the casino no room service and i didn't like the fact i had to pay $24 to watch a movie they didn't have much a free selection for tv to watch
Room was conveinent to the convention we were attending.
For the price we pay the beds could have been better and there could be an offering of free breakfast. The restaurants are all a long walk so we end up skipping breakfast.
What a View! Absolutely stunning in the daytime, watching the boats go by, and just sparkling at night with the views of Detroit! You’re not gonna get more perfect than that!
As much as the bed was clean with nice crisp, white sheets, it wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be. I also thought it should have softer blankets and Duvet. It would be nice if they have the Westin heavenly beds. Just a thought! I guess I’m used to my own bed. I did sleep better the second night, however, I was exhausted from all of the walking around, and gambling that we did lol… It’s absolutely massive! The only other thing that I noticed was that they could loosen up their machines. As much as we had a wonderful time, it would’ve been nice to hear more jackpots going off. All in all, really not much to complain about… Everything was lovely!
The beds are comfy, the amenities are fantastic. You honestly don't have to leave the hotel to find things to do.
The pool should stay open until at least midnight as didn't get enough time in. I didn't care for the shampoo and conditioner and lotion but honestly it is a really great place to stay.
What breakfast? I did not get any breakfast offer I could clearly see within my booking which I thought should have been for the cost
I had a horrible experience when checking in after I was told that the " incidental room deposit " which was 200 a room ( 2 room booking) had to include the ENTIRE cost of our stay! That is misleading! My mother in law wanted to handle the room incidental cost because I don't like using credit cards, but that was not sufficient for this hotel!. They demanded that all the stay and incidental was on one card although we had cash and debit to cover it. I was embarrassed to no end and pissed off to say the least because i didn't have my credit card activated yet set up for the amount required for or booking. Worst of all im bringing my family for the second time after we have suffered a loss of someone we brought and enjoyed ceasars with and trying to recreate a new memory for our family members. Paul anka was great, I would really suggest you stop looking at dollar signs only and perhaps consider the people who are average people who spend more than the 1 percent saving all they can to stay in that percentile.
Room was good size, bathroom was five star!
Had five star dinner in Nero’s Restaurant - excellent service and food.
Hard to find your way around. Long line to check in and then had to run back to entrance to move car around to parking. Got totally lost! Didn’t know there were two towers for rooms.
I recommend this hotel without hesitation.
Friendly staff, very clean room.
Shower has poor water pressure. I realize this is by design but really...for these prices can we have some water pressure please.
The staff was friendly. The room was nice. Comfy beds..
The windows were very dirty and they had a note in the room stating that they may clean the windows during our stay. I was freaked out the whole time that we would have window cleaners at our windows peeking into our room. Why freak people out like that? They also have these machines throughout the building that you put your money into and then they make it disappear.
Very clean property
Not kid friendly which is fine it’s a casino so we get it! But perfect for an adult vacation so if you have kids and don’t mind being restricted .
The room was great. The pool/Hot tub area was great.
The check in is the most miserable experience. There is no way to pull up, check in, unload and then go park. You have to find a place to park. Then drag everything from the parking garage to check in. Thats just the beginning. The path is insane. You have to walk from 3 which is 2 then as you get to the casino take stairs down a1/2 level only to go back up on a long escalator. Oh there is an elevator but that takes you lower than the above mentioned path so again you need to go back up a stair or elevator. Then up again!! Then it's a walk across the ENTIRE casino to check in. Of course we were in the tower so back to where we just came to get to the room. Honestly the worst set up I have ever experienced.
We had a great stay as always
We will return as well
We had an amazing night and say a great concert
