The pool and hot tub were good. The decor looks nice.
The surprise 25 dollar charge for using tv and drinking water, that is usually included in the price when you book. It was like a surprise fee when you get there, which is dishonest.
Pool location, why cant it be located away from casino so people 19 and younger can come. The ad says kids welcome, but again a lie, they really aren't, they can't even use the pool cause they have to walk through a casino.
There are a lot of lies this hotel does and you are surprised when you show up and can't do anything about it.
So yeah, i would not stay here again.
Great facility
Clean and lots to do
Going to see a show at the Casino and the convenience of going back to the hotel afterwards. The room was very well appointed and the bathroom included a tub and shower which was great.
Quite expensive. The price was almost $200 more/night because it was a Friday and there was a popular comedian doing a show at the casino. Definitely more than we might ever usually pay for a hotel without even a complimentary breakfast.

Rate 3x times normal room night rate - same room which was nice but quite ordinary

Elevator got stuck for like 3 minutes and my boyfriend who is terrified of heights didn’t like it

Good location, close to where I needed to be
The staff at the desk at check out were actually kind of rude and not very helpful.
All the table and slot games were well laid out. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The Italian restaurant staff did very well considering the high volume of customers they had. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view.
The lobby was poorly located and was far from where the rooms were. The Italian restaurant was a little small making the chatter in the room more pronounced
