A wonderful visit and the staff were great.
Pros:

A great locale on the river and great views of the Detroit skyline. Spagos restaurant offers great meals for supper. We had breakfast in the lower level of the casino which was great.

good stay but will never be back because of check-in.

rooms were nice and big, good casino areas

Cons:

the check in. this should not have take 1.5 hours. i’ve never experienced this before. we missed our dinner reservation because of this.

The fact that it was Caesars

Cons:

No where was there any information about the pool and hot tub under construction. Those two perks were a primary reason to select this hotel

The facilities are very nice and spacious. Great for a short winter getaway.
Pros:

Entertainment at Cosmo's Bar was very good.

Cons:

Would have liked to have some food options other than Tim Horton's after the bar closed. At least pizza or something? A 24 hour facility like a casino should have at least Snack food for purchase after the bar closes.
