The employees were great and enjoyed the amenities.
Overall our stay was enjoyable. The bathroom floor was dirty and hair was left over.

The view. The location.
My room had a disturbing, funky smell. I think it was the carpeting. The bathroom had a strong mildew/mold smell. I complained about it on checkout and was met with total apathy. The agent said "I'll make a note for housekeeping." Anyone with mobility issues is going to have a rough time at this place. The distance from parking to registration, to my room was endlessly long, involving stairs, escalators, elevators and lots and lots of walking. I'd hoped to stay in the room and order dinner via room service, which was frustrating and, seemingly, impossible, unless goes down and picks it up themselves. Also, the "self-parking" garage was ludicrously designed and poorly marked, leaving guests driving in circles, trying to exit.

To be honest for charges I expected better services and hospitality. We asked for boiling kettle from check in we didn't receive it till next day
