Our stay was amazing!
Pros:

The girl at the front desk way very professional and caring. It makes me so happy to see a person that truly respects her customers and appreciates her job. She was absolutely amazing. I will definitely choose this location for all our cruises or Florida vacations in the future.

Everything was amazing.. the suite… the staff… the food!!
Pros:

The staff was amazing!! Great customer service.. especially the manager Marcel!! The breakfast was great and the suite was absolutely amazing and the beds were so comfortable…. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Room was paid in advance, but on my name. Not my wife.
Was not accepted. She must book another room and pay!!!!!
Even after I changed the name in booking.com!!!
Thats not service and not correct.
As a travel agency owner I know whats going on. But will remember when next guest need a hotel.

I would 100% recommend this establishment to people!
Pros:

The hotel staff were all wonderful. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Breakfast each morning was excellent and the fact that there was aways fresh coffee in the lobby was a huge plus!

Nice and clean suite for our family. The breakfast was great! Wait staff was super friendly.

Our room was super clean and very updated. Perfect suite for our family of 6.

Cons:

The only problem was the leak or condensation on the wall/floor. My husband placed his backpack on the floor and everything in it was wet the next morning. Had he known there was a condensation problem, he would have placed his backpack elsewhere. Thankfully, it did not affect our boarding documents for the cruise too much.
