Great suite for a large family! ❤️
Pros:

The facilities were clean. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a lot to choose from. I love having the barcode on the parking pass so I could scan in and out of the lot. Great idea!!!

Pros:

Como siempre: la atención, la comida extra el miércoles excelente, los desayunos increíbles, y la canchita de basket. Todo siempre limpio e impecable. Es hermoso este hotel

Cons:

Hubo un error con la tarjeta en el check in que pude solucionar recién dos meses después. Pero intentaron arreglarlo en todo momento. Un error lo puede tener cualquiera, sigue siendo de mis hoteles preferidos!!!

Pros:

The layout of suite was nice. Shuttle to airport easy.

Cons:

Bathroom not terribly clean. Brushing up on that would go a long way towards elevating the hotel.

Cons:

I reserved my room several weeks in advance and they canceled me same afternoon I was scheduled to check in. When I called their response was "oh well." I asked to speak to a manager, they put me on hold forever, and then he yelled at me. I hung up and went elsewhere and won't be staying at a Hilton any time soon.
