It was good except for the couch bed
Pros:

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great staff.

Cons:

I reserved a queen suite due to the amount of people I had in my party. The couch bed was horrible. My grandson slept on the couch as a couch, not a bed. I paid too much money to not have a couch bed for him. Very lumpy!

it was fine, but pricey - probably due to school holidays bringing the brits to the Tampa area

Exceptional front desk staff

Cons:

socket in bathroom didnt work, there was no plug for the hairdryer within sight of the mirror.
No milk for tea - only half and half. You cant make a decent cup of tea with "hot water" - it needs to be boiling.
As I went to get a second glass of orange juice, my table was cleared and taken by other guests.
