Pros:

I front desk staff were very nice and friendly. I rented a two bedroom suite. The bath tubs in each room were clogged. ( water never went down) had maintenance come and fix them. Only one was fixed. The maid service was awful. Had to ask for towels several times. Our rooms were not clean daily. None of the maids spoke any English to communicate if u had too. They were awful.

Schöne große Suite, sauber und comfortabel. Nah am Flughafen, perfekt wenn man fliegt. Super Shuttle Service vom und zum Flughafen

Cons:

Kaffee oder Tee den ganzen Tag. Leider war es gegen Abend nicht mehr wirklich heiß. Dafür gab es auf dem Zimmer eine kleine Kaffeemaschine.

Pros:

Ideal location for proximity to airport and Raymond James Stadium. We booked our stay for the purpose of attending a BTS concert. The hotel has daily breakfast and Wednesday Night Socials for another complimentary eating session. Thanks to staff for being helpful. Trinidad at front desk is great!

Pros:

Location was perfect for a concert at the stadium.Very clean- friendly helpful staff. They offered for an extra charge transportation to concert. Will def.stay here again.

Cons:

We let the staff know the refrigerator was pretty loud- didnt bother us -we barely stayed in.

Terrific customer service from the moment you arrive. Friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional customer service over all. The room was cozy and very clean. The rooms were quiet. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a hotel. Located in a very nice and safe area in Tampa.
Breakfast and coffee area was great. Good selections of everything.
The outside patio are is spacious and very comfortable.
It truly felt like home.
We had a wonderful time in the 2 night that we were there.
It exceeded my expectations. They did a wonderful job on the remodel of this hotel.
Parking was easy. Centrally located to everything!
I will recommend this hotel to everyone that is coming to the Tampa Bay area.
Just minutes from the Tampa airport.

Amazing Front Desk
Pros:

This is by far one of the absolute best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms are really clean and comfortable and Front desk agent Kim was amazing and went above n beyond to accommodate me with a great room.

I had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. Kim was especially kind and went the extra mile to make my stay even better. She took the time to give me great options for restaurants and entertainment places nearby, which I really appreciated. Her excellent customer service made me feel welcome and valued. I highly recommend this hotel and truly appreciate Kim’s outstanding hospitality!

Pros:

The ENTIRE staff is AWESOME! Very clean, perfect location, Trinidad from front desk and Twanda housekeeping ARE all over everything, free dinner in hotel on Wednesday as social gatherings was DELICIOUS!, breakfast is out of this world, and included 😋. Pool is clean and great lounge chairs ,tables w umbrellas, towels, smoking area out front and by fire pit. Fire pit was leaking gas ,needed new pilot light guy came to fix and presently not working but gas smell gone. Have w outside grills for guests to use as well. My husband and I will be back. Love this place ❤️
