Good location. Lovely place with excellent food especially breakfast
Pros:

Lovely hotel with beautiful decor. Very comfy bed and helpful staff.

Cons:

We took my elderly mum and requested a ground floor room. The room was lovely but the shower not accessible for her unfortunately.

A very nice place to stay and convenient for a visit to Highgrove Gardens.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and dinners

Cons:

Table surfaces in dining room are sticky and off putting. I think this is caused by the type of spray used to clean them.
Ventilation in the bathroom of room 4 is poor. Cause is a faulty extraction fan which needs to be replaced. Window locks on ground floor window were not operational, they need to be fixed and key supplied if you want to open them. Sound insulation between bedrooms and one floor to the one above is poor - ideally this needs attention but was not a big problem.

Pleasant stay in well located hotel
Pros:

Location was ideal for our purposes. Good car parking. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Our bedroom (2) was well located within the building and a decent size.

It did however smell of damp/condensation.

Pros:

Lovely inn with decently sized rooms, staff were super friendly and the food had nice classics and some twists. Good breakfast as well

The room had a funny smell, there was very visible mould in the bathroom sealant
