when in town we always stay at Best Western. We like it.

Just what we needed. Restful, good sleep, good food, clean.
Pros:

Our experience was excellent. Only thing I would have to say negative is we didn't like where the toilet paper dispenser was 😄. But no complaints. Breakfast was good. We had supper at the restaurant and it was delicious.

Nothing serious, just location of toilet paper dispenser

If I could give this place a ‘0’ I would!
Unless you like the smell of bad eggs (presumably from the spa/pool/god knows what), filthy rooms and communal areas, and complete emptiness of the place, do not book! Empty so no atmosphere…. Even my dog turned around and walked out of this place!! I wouldn’t let her put herself anywhere near the offerings of the pet rooms!! The staff are fully aware of the total lack of any appeal. The only people here will be the entitled, male golfers on the weekend who won’t even move out of the way when you are desperate to leave via the car park, not their right of way!! Smacks of the usual people not wanting anyone to use their golf course. We received a refund of 3 rooms as we left about an hour after checking in….. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Best stay in Hotel.
Pros:

Rooms were very clean, Staff are very friendly and kind. They gave me a complimentary night due to my father's death. Breakfast is fantastic. Hotel is super close to everywhere we needed to go.

Great place to stay for shopping weekend. Staff and restaurant were excellent
