I had called the front desk if there are down feathers because im allergic. They said we dont have down in rooms. Before i booked on expedia.ca and also i made notes. We i arrived they had only feathers! The said they will not accommodate me and will let expedia.ca know i never checked in

Room was clean and in great shape. Check in dude was a bit of a wanna be. You have to park in a certain spot. I have to have your license plate. You must do this that and the other. Dude, it is 1140, i have to be somewhere at 0800 on a sunday. Leave me alone and let me sleep. So i didnt park in the exact right apot. My companirles have 14 vehicles so i haven't memorized the plate. In the few houra i have left to sleep i was not thrilled with going back outside your property to get a plate number before you would let me sleep

Our room unfortunately had sheets with blankets and blood dried on them as well as generally having some other questionable stains on the walls and such. To the hotels credit everyone was very friendly, unfortunately we did not check in early enough to be able to resolve the issue with our room as the front desk had closed shortly after.

Hotel was ok for the class of service. However, there is limited close parking. Also, do not expect to eat breakfast here. There is a small area and people are waiting in line for items to be restocked. Kitchen staff got mad
