Hotel bien placé, avec un bon rapport qualité prix

Hotel facile d'accès.
Personnel très agreable, souriant.
A environ 25 minutes a pied de la gare
Proximité du Centre ville et des lieux touristiques.
Propreté RAS
Petit déjeuner soys forme de buffet à prix très abordable.

Cons:

Chambre et salle de bains un peu petites. Peut etre bruyant selon l'exposition de la chambre. (rue, parking)

Sehr freundliches Personal; Die Lage ist bestens und der Preis dafür gut

Cons:

Die angegebenen 11 qm erscheinen mir zu hoch angesetzt, vor allem weil es ein Zimmer mit Dachschräge war. Für eine Nacht reicht es aber vollkommen und die Ausstattung entspricht komplett der Beschreibung

Freundlicher und informativer Empfang, netter Umgang, viele Informationen zum Hotel und zur Stadt. Gutes Frühstück und leichtes parken nur ueber die Strasse, schneller Zugang zur Altstadt fußläufig 5 min

Pros:

lit confortable, situation de l'hotel à proximité du vieux Colmar historique. Personnel de l'hotel (veilleur, petit dèj) vraiment aimable.

Cons:

Salle de bains exiguë avec le lavabo...exilé près du lit ! Occultation de la fenêtre par un simple rideau déroulant, insuffisant.
Insonorisation de la chambre : j'ai dû patienter jusqu'à 01h00 du matin que le joueur de contrebasse (?) inlocalisable, s'épuise lui aussi !

Colmar è stupenda,merita di essere vista

La posizione ,la camera era piccola ed essenziale, però pulita quindi per una notte va bene

Cons:

Lo staff, mancanza di cordialità, solitamente quando arrivo in un hotel, alla reception ci spiegano come muoverci nella città e magari ci segnano i punti da visitare in una mappa che poi ci lasciano. Premetto che partiamo sempre con il nostro programma in tasca , però questo serve ad entrare in empatia con il cliente. Invece niente, a parte la ragazza che parla un po' di Italiano che ha mostrato un po' di gentilezza le altre persone sono sembrate svogliate e non felici di lavorare in quell'ambiente. Mancanza di passione? Forse si, ma in questo caso è la proprietà a dover fare uno sforzo per creare un team che soddisfi il cliente.
