We were not advised prior that there was no lifts in the building and our room was on the top level . As i have significant pain and mobility issues this was far from appropriate

Nice View, nice room

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Strand an einer Art Steilklippe, der Ausblick ist also phänomenal. Ablauf war unkompliziert, kostenlos Parkplätze sind vorhanden

Cons:

Es gibt nur einen einzigen Menschen an der Rezeption und KEINEN Aufzug. Die nette Dame am Empfang bietet dann zwar an, beim Koffer tragen zu helfen, aber die jungen Damen, die da arbeiten, wären dabei nicht wirklich eine Hilfe.

Außerdem ist der Pool ziemlich mickrig, was aber dank 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand nicht ins Gewicht fällt.

Expensive for what you get
Pros:

We are travelling through Australia at the moment, this has been a very disappointing stay - also one of the more expensive so far.

The location is excellent !! The staff we had dealings with were also lovely, very helpful and friendly

The room was dated and just generally dusty, no working WIFI available, parking is challenging
The quality of the room is not like what we had viewed online through booking.com

Staying for only 2 nights as we were passing through only so we managed with it, if it was longer we would have looked for changes.
We were on the 3rd floor rooms

Would not visit again in a hurry

Where do I start ?
1. Terrible parking situation - very tight small car park, if that was full you had to park on the other side of the hotel on gravel and IF THAT WAS ALSO FULL you had to park on the street.
2. The room was extremely DUSTY and the walls were dirty
3. The aircon caused me to have a nose bleed due to being so dusty/ dirty
4. The bathroom - the towel rack is above the toilet and the toilet bowl was dirty
5. No wifi
6. Our room was not as pictured on the booking site.

We felt incredibly disappointed and deceived, if we were to spend more than two nights there we would have asked for a refund and booked elsewhere.
