The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a good location for getting around the city.
We stayed for a week. The room was fine when we arrived, but a few days in, we noticed the room smelled musty and clothing we left out during the day felt damp. Since the hotel was fully booked that day, they were unable to move us to a different room. While we were out during the day, maintenance did come in and opened the window, but I guess they couldn't come up with a solution because it remained the same throughout the rest of the trip. We were on the 7th floor of the hotel, but there was a lot of noise from the street, even when the windows were closed at night. Coffee and water in the room were only replenished hit and miss.
Location is good.
First room smelled like cigarette smoke. Phone didnt work. Second room phone did not work. Terrible pillows. I called from my phone as the one in room did not work to ask for better pillows that never arrived. Had to go down twice to ask for softer ones. Bathroom floods when you shower. Very noisy at night.. will not go back
Hotel was in a great location and coffee was provided downstairs in the lobby. Beds were comfy.
The room was quite small with limited storage. Shower curtain was too short so every shower there was huge amounts of water all over the floor in bathroom and leaking out to room. For this reason we decided not to stay extra nights when we returned to NY.

Muy buen TV smart, cáma cómoda y buen equipo de aire acondicionado en la habitación.
La temperatura de la ducha nunca llegaba a estar correcta. Llegaba a estar tibia pero no suficientemente caliente.
Los sellos de la ducha dejaban pasar agua a la zona del dormitorio mojando la alfombra y sobre en piso del baño.
Pienso que el precio vs lo que se obtiene no está totalmente alineado.
The Booking.com experience was disappointing and I will not use that site again

היו לנו 2 חדרים, זוגי רגיל וזוגי עם 2 מיטות. החדר עם 2 המיטות קצת צפוף והיה מאתגר עם המזוודות
Very clean and good location to restaurants and train. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It was a little further away from NYU than we’d prefer, but we just walked. The pillows were super full and bulky and I had a hard time getting comfortable when sleeping.

Rooms were situated next to aircon units outside that kept us awake all night, the view was a brick wall.
The room was small, the plumbing was poor - the toilet did not flush properly, the shower was almost unworkable.
No facilities were available outside of using the room, a very small reception with not enough seating. The bar.restaurant attached to the hotel was rarely open, and I do not think breakfast was offered?
This is not a Marriot/Sheraton standard hotel tht you would find in Europe.

The location was perfect! Close to subway, cafes, groceries and so much more! Room was very comfortable - The staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the morning coffee! Would definitely recommend and stay again :)
