The staff. Best staff on our 4 weeks trip👍 will stay here again👍 To be a small hotell the breakfast was very good👍 After booking a lot of hotels where the rooms don’t look like photos (old photos or AI), this actually was like photos. They also upgraded our rooms👍👍👍

Also, there were only three rooms on the floor, which made the place feel more private and peaceful. Definitely great va
Pros:

All the staff were friendly and kind. The breakfast was amazing - you could order fresh-made dishes, and there were so many delicious options to choose from
The location is also great, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and Train Street.

Cons:

We stayed on the second floor, so we could hear a bit of traffic noise around 8 a.m., but it was still pretty quiet at night.

Memorable experience, very kind people.
Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff was absolutely amazing, very attentive, very polite, they did so much to make us feel comfortable. I received a cake for my birthday and the bed was decorated with flower petals, very sweet people. The breakfast was very nice with options daily. The property is very centrally located. The room was clean, good shower and the AC was almost too cold :). We are very appreciative all workers who made us feel very special. The last day, they arranged a ride back to the airport free of charge. We were very thankful.
