Staff very helpful and happy.
Evening meal chicken a little hard, also breakfast some of the bacon over cooked.
Fitting of new carpet at 7.55 am in the room below us not exceptable, although staff apologised.

Room was very hot
Beautiful and spacious room with wonderful view of the river and fields beyond. Superb restaurant serving delicious food also overlooking the river. Loved sitting by the fire in the reception area with pre-dinner drinks.
The room was clean and comfortable and nice decor. The staff were friendly and helpful..
The bar is in the restaurant.. To relax with drinks, you had to take them back to the lounge. The bar and restaurant were very chilly. They need to turn the heating up in winter.
