I stayed for my birthday and was given free roof top access which was great and unexpected. The staff couldn’t do enough, when I had early morning trips and flight they provided me with food as I would miss breakfast. Great to have wellness spa included too. Excellent location

The room did not have air conditioning as promised. The location wasn't good. The hotel rooms looked run down
Great location, just few minutes from old town, nice amenities, good breakfast and super-friendly staff. The hotel is dog-friendly which is not seen often. Spacious lobby and bar, serving tasty dishes during the day.
We couldn't really open the windows much as our room was facing a quite busy street and it was rather noisy. The wall that separates the bathroom from the bedroom had a strip of glass which we found unusual. It might make some guests conscious about their private moments, however it may also be viewed as sexy from other guests. :)

We had a wonderful midweek stay and were genuinely impressed from start to finish - honestly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and very good value for money. What we loved:
- Exceptional staff: Friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay
- Birthday / complimentary upgrade: We received a free upgrade to the 6th floor, which included access to the executive rooftop lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks. The room itself was stunning, with full-length windows, beautiful views, and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. We would highly recommend the executive experience if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the hotel itself.
- Excellent spa facilities: Steam room, sauna, and rooftop seating with great views
- Immaculate cleanliness: Both the room and all shared areas were spotless and very well maintained
- Smooth check-in: Quick and hassle-free, with most of the process completed online in advance
- Baggage storage available
- Great location: Around a 10-15 minute walk to main areas, close to the castle (about 15 minutes uphill), with easy Uber access directly outside
- Mini bar confusion: The upgrade did not include minibar items, which led to a small unexpected charge for drinks. Staff handled this well and it appeared to be a simple misunderstanding
- Minor wear and tear: A few marks on the white furniture in the room were visible, though this did not affect the overall experience

העיר עצמה מאודדד לא נגישה לנכים ועגלות ילדים.. לקחת בחשבון, גם כשהמלון קרוב לעיר העתיקה, צריךנלעשות סיבוב גדול בשביל להגיע עם עגלה.
