Pros:

Location is good. Staff is professional and friendly. Hotel was clean and breakfast is served under a standard 4 star scheme.

Cons:

I think there is a problem with ventilation in the rooms. There was always a first heavy smell welcoming you to the room. Then you are getting used to it. It was the same with my colleague's room.

Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy cómoda, cerca del aeropuerto y de un centro comercial muy bueno. Las instalaciones , la atención espectaculares.

Good value for money, nice hotel.
Pros:

Lovely big balcony with great views.

Cons:

At breakfast a lot of the items were running out and staff were trying to fill them but still there was a wait. Gluten free options were not clearly labelled. Also I could only find warm lactose free milk for my cereal . Breakfast was good overall just needs a few improvements.

Agradable i tranquila
Pros:

El tracte a la nostra gosseta i que pugui anar a quasi bé tot l’ hotel, l’esmorzar molt bo! L’habitació molt amplia!

Cons:

Unes de les toalloles que ens van portar tenia un forat gran. Per fer turisme al centre de Madrid una mica lluny per la resta bé!

Buena experiencia en general
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo, lo mejor de la estancia. Ubicación muy tranquila. El gimnasio es bastante amplio y muy bien equipado. El personal del hotel muy atento en todo momento.

Cons:

Las almohadas no son muy cómodas y la limpieza de la habitación se podría mejorar.
