Pros:

Room was spacious, clean, and nice. Comfortable bed and comfortable bathtub.
Nice terrace all the guests can use.
Nice receptionists.

Not in the city center and not exactly close to it, although the bus stop is 2 min from the hotel, and bus can take you there in about 40 min.

Overall, very good experience.

Madrid hat unds trotzdem gut gefallen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok, jedoch zu viel los. Der Wasserspender auf denn Stockwerken war top!!
Die Restaurants in der Nähe waren super.

Cons:

Die Betten und Kissen waren nicht bequem. Die Fenster konnten nicht richtig geöffnet werden. Die Türe zur Toilette ist nicht gut, man hört alles.
Die Baustelle vis a vis und im Haus störte. Der Pool war noch nicht geöffnet. Zuwenige Deutsche TV Kanäle. Halt etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Das Preisleistungsverhältniss hat nicht gepasst. 1000.- für 5 Tage ohne Frühstück ist schon viel.

Bei der Toilette im EG fehlte jeweils das Papier.

Accogliente e pulito
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, accogliente pulita ma abbastanza distante dal centro di Madrid e anche dalla metro. Ci siamo mossi con Uber - L albero è situato in una zona ricca di uffici e null altro. Anche trovare un ristorante/bar o altro di sera è difficile.

Pros:

De tudo em particular da localização e da facilidade em chegar ao centro de Madrid. Funcionários excelente, super simpáticos e muito disponíveis. O facto de terem dispensadores de agua, com filtro em todos os pisos foi sem dúvida um aspeto muito postivo.

Cons:

Acho que o pequeno almoço tinha pouco diversificado, o pão era um pouco duro e por vezes demoravam muito tempo a repor os produtos. As panquecas muito artificiais e a fruta não era reposta quando terminava, mesmo faltando ainda muito tempo para encerrar a sala. Outro aspeto menos positivo foi o facto de não terem muitas opções sem gluten.

Cons:

Our room was quiet a run down with some tapes on the wall covering i don’t know what. The mini fridge door was broken, there was nothing in the mini bar (fridge door broken) and in the toilet, the toiletpaper holder was broken too.
