Had a quick layover in Phoenix. Nice hotel in close proximity to Sky Harbor
Pros:

We arrived late and were grateful we could still enjoy some dinner at the hotel restaurant. The server was so pleasant and on top of things even though busy and she working alone.

Cons:

Would have had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle at airport so we took a taxi. We did appreciate the early morning free shuttle back to airport the following morning though

Got through the night and the trip to the airport was a breeze.

Cons:

Toilet was too short, especially in ADA room. Toilet ran water all night long.
No lamps in suite living area…never had a room with no lamps. Did someone steal them all?

The washing machine was excellent but the dryer belongs in a doll house. You need two commercial size dryers.

This is a good hotel most staff are helpful and pleasant professionals clean and convenient
Pros:

Clean and spacious room guest laundry room spacious lounge/restaurant shuttle to airport plus nearby shopping in area we’ll lit secure parking

Terrible hotel, being a Hilton brand not excuse. Get WiFi ASAP.
Pros:

Larry the shuttle guy was very helpful.

Cons:

No WiFi when it is adverstised. Apparently the Hotel thinks a hotspot from Verizon only in parts of main lobby is enough.

Too warm in the lobby & simple items like soap missing in bathroom, room not clean enough, believe they clean it every other day.

Highly recommend this property
Pros:

The selection of buffet or off the menu was very good. The staff was friendly and efficient

Cons:

They seemed to be having a problem with the air conditioning. They had portable units in the lobby which were very loud. I was unable to access WiFi following the directions on the website and after contacting the front desk
