There was a lady front desk who treated others better then me and I’m a high level member my wife asked to use the restroom while checking in and the lady was rude , I immediately canceled my reservation and booked at another Hilton Hotel Hilton. Customer service is always A1. This is my first time in my history. I’ve always staying with Hilton for the last 37 years that I felt discomfort. I would never recommend or stay at that hotel in Phoenix, Arizona.

I travel all the time, and I wouldn't pay $160 a night for a hotel like that.
Pros:

The staff is definitely very friendly—there is no doubt about that.

Cons:

The price is exorbitant for such a dated hotel; the pillows are a disgrace—they feel like sheets of paper. The bathroom drains are slow, and I couldn't get any water pressure from the taps. They charge for Wi-Fi, and they charge for parking. But ultimately, it's my own fault for not checking more carefully, as I thought this was the *real* Hilton.

Good place to stay for 1 night and affordable.
Pros:

The room was clean and neat. No issues. I requested a shower chair and the staff provided it promptly. It was fairly quiet. The TV remote was easy to navigate.

Cons:

The only thing was that the breakfast included was a bit sparse. They usually have bananas but there were none. The coffee looked like Starbucks but didn’t taste like it.

Cons:

The terrible value for food and drink availability via the hotel bar and restaurant area and the snack sales were incredibly overpriced. The morning staff were nice and helpful, but the evening and afternoon staffs were rude and stand offish. The coffee in the mornings was easily and without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced in my life (and I literally grew up in hotels as my father managed them). The breakfast they were charging for could have and would have been a free continental breakfast at lesser name brand properties. This place needs a lot of work and this didn't meet the standards of the Hilton brand.
