Close to town and cozy
Pros:

What a lovely little hotel, traditional, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. Pau land Alison run a beautiful hotel. The room was large and tastefully decorated with nice paintings on the wall. My room had a wet room that was equipped for a less able person. Large wet room.
Karen keeps the place immaculately clean. It truly is spotless.
The bed was super comfy.
I was also impressed by how quiet my room was, especially as the hotel is located close to the main road.
A big thank you to Paul, Alison, and Karen for w wonderful stay. I think I've just found my new local retreat. 5 star. Highly recommend.

Seriously Over priced all round

The biscuits were nice.The shower was nice and powerful

Cons:

The room was small the decorer very outdated. The beds needed new mattresses as u rolled into middle into a dip! Both rooms had issues with beds. I had very little sleep and after a 6hr journey down and a day at work really needed sleep.. went into breakfast the sausages were very pale looked undercooked. As was the bacon. The mushrooms were watery the fried eggs were Hard !! My friend found a hair in her breakfast and her partner had shell in his. The price to cover the breakfasts of £20 plus each did not reflect what we recieved..The orange juice was almost like a squash not a juice. And the kitchen didnt look clean. Grease from the fryer on walls and you could smell grease upstairs.

Pros:

Cons:

Could not access WiFi; no one available to help in the evening.
Access close to a busy roundabout, tricky to access.
NO RESTAURANT, despite apparently one on website and also brochure in room. .
