Pros:

Never got to stay there because of a fire. I was told I would receive a refund within 7-10 days. Asked about the refund after 15 days and still haven’t received a refund

Windows boarded up. Was not told of recent fire and the hotel reeked of smoke. Was not told pool closed for to pipe issues. Previous occupants clothing found in pull out couch bed. Gutters broken and laying in bushes.

Pros:

The guy who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Nice room.

Cons:

Ice machines on 3rd and 4th floors didn't work. There was no breakfast even though it was supposed to be included and we were told when checking in that breakfast would be from 6- 10.

Comfortable, clean and welcoming!
Pros:

Customer service was amazing. I was welcomed in and Jeff helped me with some questions I had. The hotel was well lit, clean and beautifully decorated! The room was comfortable and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable too.

Cons:

Some areas showed needed TLC. Seats in DR were extremely worn and cracked. Outside wall needed repair/paint. My room had a scrape on a wall.

Very loud other guests. Management should have asked them to be quieter. Stayed in room with door between the 2 guest rooms and they were very loud. Prefer not to stay in room with direct door to other guest rooms
