Just the location and reception area was great
Do room we had, the windows were not opening, the bathroom had a very bad smell because of the bath eventhough i asked 3 times for a shower room, there was small shower in the corner and a smelly bath.

Was woken up at 530am by the laundry carts being rolled out to the delivery trucks!
Good location as looking over St Paul’s and central Location .
Tbh we was extremely disappointed with the roof top bar being closed on a Sunday night why ? A hotel should have the same facilities every day as guests are in holiday or needing these little details. The whole reason we booked the hotel was to have our anniversary pictures taken ontop in the bar with St Paul’s Cathedral behind us at night time!!! The website didn’t say anything about closed Sundays very disappointing. We wasn’t even allowed to have a pic taken for 2 mins up there when we asked the reception staff.

Het was schoon en de locatie was perfect
Bij aankomst bleek het bed niet schoon te zijn. Wij hebben dit direct gemeld bij de receptie, waarna het bed ongeveer een uur later opnieuw werd opgemaakt.

The location is just fantastic
The hotel is in a great location, on arrival the staff were welcoming, the lovely lady that was serving complimentary bubbly to the guest made you feel so welcome and was very chatty. Hotel room was perfect very comfortable. The bar in main area was nice and had a chilled vibe. The roof top bar was a perfect place to see amazing views over London at the end of the evening , although very expensive but it’s worth the experience.
The lift situation was a bit of an issue especially in the morning, they took a while stopping at every levels and were very packed.
For someone not liking lifts that much I felt that a bit stressful as there were no alternatives to get done.from our 6th floor.
