Great location and hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and had a great selection to choose from.
Staff were amazing and super friendly.
Some of the guests were dirty and left a lot of trash in the hall but you can’t control that.
Prime location with great access to the tube.

Great staff, great location
Pros:

I decided to request to change rooms as I’d been placed in a room next to a lift and I’m a light sleeper, staff were very accommodating and sorted a switch right away. Comfortable clean room, well equipped gym. Didn’t use the spa but wish I had! Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options.

L’ascenseur joli tout vitrer mais trop long pour pouvoir monter dedans !
Et dans la chambre la douche pas très confortable ,pression système de porte !

Overall very happy with the stay and plan to return there again.
Pros:

One of best locations in Dublin. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

A bit disappointed with SPA. Was expecting a better jacuzzi and steam room.

Great stay in central London
Pros:

Excellent location, very close proximity to St Paul’s an the tube station. Lovely clean room which was also spacious. Staff were nice on arrival.

Cons:

Only one lift working but that wasn’t too much of an issue.

Very enjoyable and will be returning
Pros:

The staff are lovely and the facilities looked amazing unfortunately only spent the night there so didn't try them, but look forward to visiting again and having more time.

Great location but expensive for a mediocre stay.
Pros:

Great location and fab breakfast.

Cons:

Staff were not very friendly. Had lunch at Leo’s. Took ages to bring our drinks and even longer to order and receive our food. The food was of a very poor quality and it took ages to get our bill. It wasn’t even busy, very disappointing.
