I booked the hotel stay for my wife as a birthday getaway. On arrival we were treated to a happy birthday message on the mirror, a box of chocolates and a birthday card. It was a lovely touch. The hotel itself is fantastic, very up market. We had access to the executive lounge, which was great to sit in and chill out with a drink and some nibbles.
Views of St Paul's Cathedral are breathtaking and we sat and watched people exploring the dome whilst sipping on a coffee.
We visited the roof top bar for a drink on 2 occasions, not having to book in advance. It was busy but never felt too busy. Views from the top were fantastic, as expected.
We got to the hotel at 1435 but early check in wasn't an issue. 1100 check was great as well.
Overall I would 100% stay here again.
The spa, the rooftop bar, the beds
One of the lifts were out of order
Location
Friendly staff, great location.
Superb breakfast
Friendly staff,
Spotlessly clean hotel,
Great location,
Executive lounge is a nice touch
The room overlooked St Pauls Cathedral and was comfortable and clean. Considering the hotel is set right in the middle of the city it was quiet and non disruptive. In the room we were left a welcome gin and tonic which was a lovely touch. Complimentary water in each room. Breakfast was convenient and freshly cooked. We didn't get to the bar on the seventh floor but definitely will next time. The front of house team were welcoming and the concierge happily stored our bags after check out so that we could still do an additional couple of hours sightseeing. All in all we will definitely be back.
The wait for the main lifts was lengthy (one lift was being renovated). There are alternate lifts available on the edge of the building

Great location
This is a lovely property that has a sumptuous feel. The bed was very comfortable and it has the BEST shower. Staff was very helpful, even helping us print a concert ticket that had to be in paper form. Would stay here again.
No downsides to staying here
I stayed one night at Leonardo Royal London St Paul's. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and I appreciate their quick response when I reported an issue with the air conditioning. A staff member attended promptly and was polite and supportive. The location is convenient and the breakfast was good.
However, the condition of the room and facilities was very disappointing for this standard of hotel. My original room had a serious security concern, as the door lock did not function properly and the room could be accessed without a key card. This was only discovered when I returned in the evening.
The staff did assist quickly and moved me to a larger room, but unfortunately the second room also had issues, including a blocked sink. As it was late and I was very tired after a long day, I did not report this further.
In addition, the air conditioning did not provide sufficient warmth during the night, which affected my comfort.
While the location is convenient and the breakfast was good, the overall condition of the rooms did not meet expectations. I have stayed in another sister property in the Tower of London area which was significantly better maintained, so I was surprised by this experience. The strongest aspect of this stay was the helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel was fantastic. Felt very upmarket, providing everything you need for a great stay. The addition of the rooftop bar is a lovely touch and the executive lounge offers a very premium feel.
There was nothing to dislike. The hotel was fantastic.
Beautiful spa with lovely facilities. Went for my birthday and had a beautiful massage by Kehinde. So relaxing and she added in some hot stones - a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend!
Locatie was super, ontbijt zeer lekker.
Wellness was onvriendelijk, omdat het vakantie was ook de hele tijd kinderen die rondliepen alsof het een speeltuin was en aan het roepen waren.
