The gym was fantastic. I used it every day. The room was large enough for two people. Location was great for the metro, attractions, etc. Quiet location, great restaurants nearby. Loved the water containers and the sweets and fruit. What a great way to return to the hotel every day.
Could have used an extra set of towels. The Sabine rooftop could have been significantly clearer that no one under 21 is allowed after 4 and that there is a minimum drink spend of GBP 50/person. Wish room service was available longer and that napkins are included in room service. I got a box of tissues when I asked for napkins. Not great for covering my lap and wiping my hands.

The hotel is quite dated, but we stayed in an upgraded Executive room through Genius, which was spacious and had a massive, comfortable bed. There was a slightly strange smell on the third floor, possibly because it may previously have been a smoking floor. The bar downstairs is decent, and the service was generally good.

Staff need to be more friendly and welcoming. Steam room was out of out and it felt crowded.

My room was next to the lift which was quite noisy in the night when it was used.
