Had a lovely time, Manju in the executive lounge was very helpful and very welcoming.

The location is excellent and made it easy for us to explore many family-friendly attractions around London. Whether it was sightseeing, shopping, or catching up on work in the Executive Lounge, Leonardo Royal Hotel London St. Paul’s offered a well-rounded experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel provided a comfortable base for both leisure and business. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Royal St. Paul. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from St. Paul’s Cathedral, with spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.

What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the team. A special thank you to Harjinder, Melinda, Manju, and Kulchief for going above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests really stood out. They were always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything I needed.

It’s staff like Harjinder, Melinda, Manju, and Kulchief who make all the difference and turn a great hotel into an exceptional one. I would highly recommend Leonardo Royal St. Paul and will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Lovely open spaces to enjoy cocktails and coffees at the ground of Leo’s restaurant. It was a lovely evening experience at Sabine Rooftop restaurant overlooking the St Paul cathedral.

Great hotel and atmosphere great location.

We have been in a hotel for a family vacation, we had a lovely day, the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly, in special Gina at the restaurant, she gave us a great treat, we really appreciated, and will be back again for sure.

Despite a small problem with air conditioning in the room, personnel was extremely gentle and proactive in changing the room and giving us a complimentary access to executive lounge for all days of our stay. Very nice hotel, good was very good at Leo resto, and with a special thanks to Gina for her gentle manners, professional and at the same time friendly behaviour! Thank you!

I booked a spa day with my daughter and we both had upper back and scalp massage. Anna massaged me and it was the best massage I ever had. She was very strong and applied pressure in all the right placles. I would definitely come back

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Got upgraded to use of the executive lounge for free which was nice. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Room was decent .

Upgraded to an executive room with a view of St Paul's cathedral. A gorgeous room, with everything that you could need, as well as giving you access to the executive lounge. What a lovely benefit with food and drink. Staff also had beautifully prepared a birthday surprise in the room for my daughter. Loved the spa, location, amazing breakfast, rooftop bar with amazing views of the cathedral and comfy bed. Every staff member we came into contact with, were smiley and so helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was just beyond amazing the Spa topped it all off for us and the staff were so incredibly helpful with every single detail and so so kind! We will most definitely be coming back to this leonardo hotels as we have tried other and they are still amazing but this one definitely stands out the location was perfect we would love to try the rooftop bar next time so it makes us really want to come back
