Good location and very well kept.
The side alley was smelly and dirty but didn’t go that way after going down once.

Beds were comfortable
The night before our sons wedding the watch I lent him was stolen from his room with cufflinks and a bank card. No cctv to corridors outside rooms .
Either wear or take with you anything of value.
Online shows this happened again in August. Hotel system shows door not opened by key card .
I believe this was done using a cloned master key card which does not get recorded.
Not a 1 off so beware.

Large bed and nice bath in the room. Great location with lots of good food and drink options nearby. Aircon worked well in the heatwave.
Spa area was ok but having the pool split into lanes made it feel a lot more crowded and more fitness-focused rather than relaxing. I would recommend for a London stay but for a spa weekend I think there are more relaxing choices.
I had a fall in the bathroom, i called reception floor picked the phone, water was all over the floor, i had mild concession, i fell asleep in the bath room floor.
When woke up called reception. They say they will send some one no one came. I had bad back ruined my entire holiday. I spoke to duty manager, he did not show any concern , no sorry nothing.
Reba Spa too small very dirty, too many in the hot tub.thus was one reason i selected this hotel .
The staff was amazing. The building and the restaurants were beautiful. Great breakfast. Great spa.
My room could have been a little cleaner. The carpet had some fluffs and bit of dust in a cupboard. Look like we had been given a room that had been well cleaned but a few days ago. But nothing that would keep us from coming back.
The swimming pool/spa area for all guests to use was lovely. It could have done with loungers by the pool as it shows in photos (which it doesn't have). Nice bar area too
The Sabine Rooftop bar was hired out for private event both the night of our stay and the following day. This was a shame as also one of the reasons we chose this so would definitely recommend asking if you'll have access prior to booking. Minbar in our room was empty
