Good business hotel. Basic 4 star.
Pros:

Very good location. Good breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast with a good selection.

Cons:

Staff is ok friendly, not very enthusiastic. The rooms facing the inside area are pretty dark. Aircon system is loud. Everything is clean, but a bit old, run down.

Pros:

Nice staff throughout, and was treated like a grown up by people who seemed to like their job. This isn't always the case in the UK capital... We also had the room upgraded. A very welcome touch. Thank you.

Cons:

The sauna in the spa area wasn't working. A regular guest said it had been broken for a month, and regularly reported. The receptionist at the spa knew, but didn't think it worth mentioning when we entered. The guy at main reception said it was the first he'd heard of it.

For some guests, me included, the spa facilities are part of the attraction when choosing a hotel. Accidents happen, but if it's been busted for a month, that ought to be made a lot clearer.
