Pros:

Liked the pool and the executive lounge

Cons:

A few lifts were out of order and I was told I couldn't be given a bathrobe in the pool area because I had one in my room. If I had known I could have brought it down.

Pros:

Lovely bar. Great breakfast with lots of choice.. Very comfortable bed. Nice to be offered use of executive lounge.

Lovely hotel, shame about the high chlorine levels in the pool

The chlorine level in the pool was so high that it irritated guests’ eyes even when they were simply sitting nearby.

This wall has been my third stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were informative and friendly
Pros:

Property was modern and located in a ideal location. The room was clean. The only downside was the shower door had some mould on it this could have been rectified with a good scrub. Having booked executive we also had access to the executive room on the ground floor where there were complimentary drinks and snacks which was a nice touch

Cons:

Where our room was we could hear the lift going up and down until quite late. The room also had slight mould on the shower door
