Come NON dormire con gli ospiti della stanza accanto che sembrano assieme a te nella tua camera

La posizione è molto bella, la struttura piacevole e il personale molto cortese

Cons:

Peccato che sia totalmente inadatta per dormire. Le camere dove ho dormito, una volta comunicanti, hanno ancora la porta che serviva per passare da una stanza all'altra: ora c'è solo una modesta paretina in legno per tappare il foro. Da sotto si intravvede la luce e... zero isolazione! E' come se gli ospiti dell'altra camera dormano insieme a voi: si possono udire tutti i rumorini del bagno, dalla pipì alle singole scorregge, quello che dicono al telefono, i programmi TV che ascoltano e quello che fanno quando sono a letto. I nostri "vicini", ma dovrei dire "compagni di stanza", hanno acceso la TV alle 5:30 del mattino e hanno iniziato la loro giornata..... Ho protestato più volte alla reception.... Il manager mi ha contattato solo via mail dopo un paio di giorni, in ritardo... (weekend a casa, probabilmente) senza offrirmi nessun ristoro al mio fortissimo disagio.... Che sia solo un burocrate e non sia in grado verificare i lavori che sono stati fatti alla struttura? Forse non ci ha mai dormito dentro...... Assolutamente da evitare. Spero non siano così tutti gli hotel Marriott.....

Unexpected block on card for accomodat

Accomodation was great, no further comment

Cons:

The fact that booking.com put a hold on my card for the accomation and I effectively had tk pay twice, we are still waiting on a refund from the bank and had no spending money to do any of the activities with my child we where planning to.Further more the monies that was left in my account luckily was enough to get us back to Windhoek.

Cons:

Pros:

The area was nice, very close to the Beach. Excellent Restaurants nearby, Hotel personal was very helpful. Internet is free and good spped.

Cons:

Hotel is quite far from Centre of city and shopping areas. TV in the room shows only two channels. These where only advertises.

A very nice place to stay in a beautiful spot.
Pros:

Beautiful location on the lagoon. Handy too for boat trips.
Comfy bed; very friendly staff; good wi-fi; nice food at breakfast and evening meal.
Taxi service from airport (Bongani Shuttle) was excellent.

Cons:

There was no running water at all in the room on the first evening. Didn't find out until I undressed and got in the shower after being out for a run. A notice in the lobby about this would have helped.
