Niesamowite położenie tuż przy rzece. W tym roku poziom rzeki był bardzo wysoki, więc woda sięgała ogrodzenia. W pokoju wygodne łóżko, czysta pościel i ręczniki. Butelka wody, czajnik, moskitiery w oknach. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel.
Hotel ma czasy świetności za sobą. Wymaga remontu. Ogólny odbiór jest pozytywny, ale bez wgłębiania się w szczegóły. Popękane ściany, sufit. Wszystko to trzeba odświeżyć. W restauracji brakowało produktów do sporządzania dań z karty, np. ryby. Dania smaczne. Stoły wymagają genialnego mycia.
Staff superb - friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and had a fabulous view across the Zambezi.
The mosquito netting had holes in it, which I had to fix with micropore tape. The door handle/lock had a piece missing inside so it was impossible to lock the door from the inside - and I was isupposedly in a VIP room.
Facility did not offer as advertized
Cancelled my stay and stayed at different place
Bedrooms have not been renovated for many years. Pool out of service. Restaurant service very very slow.
I liked our room.
The towels were old.
Breakfast was well prepared and delicious.
I suggest that the rooms be upgraded a bit and a total revamp of bathrooms.
Good location
They need to do something about the road leading to the lodge. Grass is overgrown.
The place needs to be repainted,
Mushabati bar had cobwebs on the deck
Good location
Room door didn’t work, couldn’t lock it, pool was in terrible shape, couldn’t use it; food and service were terrible at dinner. Mosquitos everywhere. Crazy loud noise from across the river. Not hotel’s fault but still impacted the stay.
