and the terrace studio was large, but it’s not a true one-bedroom—it’s more of a studio with partial divider walls.

The hotel and parking garage were extremely difficult to find. Google Maps kept directing us somewhere else (not the hotel’s fault), but when we called for help it took four calls to get an answer and the only advice we received was to “ask someone on the street.” We ended up parking elsewhere and walking around to find the hotel and garage.

The bathroom had not been properly cleaned before our arrival—there was broken bronzer from a previous guest everywhere. Staff offered to send someone the next day, but I had already cleaned it myself. While showering, my husband adjusted the rain shower head and a kitchen knife fell from the top of the fixture, which was very concerning. I reported it but never received a response.

I was also told I needed to pay €180 to upgrade rooms, but when we arrived we were placed in the same €15 upgrade I had already paid for. When I asked for clarification, I was ignored.

Lastly, the beds were extremely uncomfortable—some of the worst we’ve slept on, and we travel frequently across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Estaba sucio, sobre todo el baño. En la taza del wc había pipí , no nos cambiaron las toallas y les pedimos 3 veces q nos las cambiaran, pero nos ignoraron.

Muy cómoda, muy bien ubicada, amplia, bien equipada. Cuando llegamos había dos personas esperándonos para entregarnos las llaves y darnos las indicaciones

I missed a coffee machine in the morning. Additionally taking key for the parking is very challenging as there is nowhere to stop even for 5 min in this very busy area. I was lucky to have my daughter who took the keys before we arrived. for someone with a car and not familiar with the area could be nightmare.

Of the 6 apartments we stayed in over our 3 week holiday this one would rank number 6 and was also the most expensive. P
Pros:

Location is excellent . Clean with all the necessary amenities

Cons:

Street noise day and night was bad. The metro station is under the property so you hear trains coming every 10 min
Mouse trap under the sink is a little off putting
Absence of reception staff is a problem even though communication via their site is effective as long as you are not in a hurry

إحباط عند الوصول

الموقع رائع

عدم وجود استقبال سبب ارباك لمدة ساعة قبل الدخول
لابد من شرح خطوات الحصول على كرت الدخول بطريقه سلسه او تكليف الدخول توظيف موظف لشرح طريقه الحصول على الكرت ومن ثم الدخول الي الغرفه.
ليست هذه مشكلتي فقط فقد كان هناك آخرون قابلتهم عند وصولي واثنا اقامتي وعند مغادرتي التي لم تتجاوز يومين اكثر من 8 حالات منها حاله انهارت وبكت هي وصديقها
