Nyckelhållaren trasig och orsakade strömavbrott om inte två kort stoppades in samtidigt. Kylskåpet blev alltför kallt på inställning 3. Toaletten kunde endast nås genom sovrummet.

Good place for 1-2 nights business trips in BRU.
Pros:

A business trip to Brussels came at the last minute and I was looking for a hotel at the last minute, when there wasn't much left in Brussels. The hotel is close to Brussels Central and even closer to the Hubert Gallery. I always like the center of Brussels with its pubs and restaurants, this hotel was almost the only one, and there was still not a hotel room left, but an apartment - ~40m2 with a kitchenette. Since I had to go to the airport the next morning, when the breakfast cafes were not open yet - the kitchenette came in handy. I didn't see no living person at the reception, but I received all the recommendations for check-in and check-out on time and they were easy to understand.
Just don't do what I did: I open the bathroom door, I'm glad there's a bathtub, but I'm surprised there's no shower curtain. Okay, I somehow carefully take a shower. It turns out there's a separate shower stall hiding behind that open bathroom door. :)

Cons:

If the hotel offers apartments with a kitchenette, then such very necessary things as salt, oil, to cook food could have been there already. Coffee could also have been a little more, like 2 small packets of coffee for 2 nights.

Hacer check in solo y check out solo no me gusta.Nunca vimos a nadie.A veces como turista uno necesita un mapa, un consejo , hacer preguntas.por ejemplo las indicaciones para entrar las mandaron x mail sobre la hora de llegada, no lo vimos.Llamamos a un tel que estaba indicado en la puerta

El cofre del cuarto estaba roto no se arregló no pudimos guardar documentos y demás. La calefacc gral no prendía pasamos frío.

A localização é excelente. Melhor local para se hospedar em bruxelas, ao lado da maior parte das atrações e perto da estação central. O check-in foi tranquilo, as instalações são ótimas, cama muito boa, tem lava-louças e tudo.
