Pros:

L'hotel est idéalement situé dans le centre ville. Chambre au calme.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu vétuste pour le prix.
Le plus problématique reste la communication avec l'hôtel. En 4 jours, nous n'avons croisé personne. Preuve de l'inactivité dans cet hotel, un canapé est resté entreposé dans un couloir pendant l'entièreté de notre séjour.
C'est un vrai jeu de piste pour entrer dans l'hotel mais également pour trouver le petit déjeuner.
Le petit déjeuner se prend en dehors de l'hôtel avec des aliments de qualité médiocre.

Great location for what I needed, and lots of food around. Idea for a 5-night business trip.
Pros:

The location couldn't be beat, really ideal. Very spacious and clean. Arrival instructions were clear and person on the phone was accessible when I needed to collect my bag after checkout.

Cons:

The WiFi often didn't work in the bedroom. The coffee machine only worked once. If it had worked, more than 2 pods should be provided for a 5-night stay. Felt a bit dated in the flat.

Perfect location
Pros:

Fabulous location, large apartment with kitchenette and very comfortable.

Cons:

We only had one problem with check-in: the code provided was not correct, so we had to call the assistance number to obtain correct code.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner pris à l’appartement

Cons:

L’accès au parking est difficile à localiser même avec un GPS. Cela a été très compliqué quand on a pris notre véhicule pour visiter Bruges et retourner au parking.

Apartamento, conodo, con todo lo necesario cocina, mesa, sofa y Tv, wiffi y baño
Cama muy grande y comoda, con armario.

Cons:

Fue conplicado el check in y check out por no tener personal de recepcion.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Bruxelles. Le système de coffre pour la carte est pratique.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre est moyenne. Le mobilier est très usé. Dans la sdb, il y avait un drap bain déjà utilisé qui était resté. Cintres cassés. Portes de la douche qui sont à réparer, ont du mal à s'ouvrir. Les oreillers ne sont pas terribles du tout. Mais le pire, c'est l'hygiène du restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner. D'ailleurs, nous ne l'avons finalement pas pris là-bas, alors que il était inclus dans notre réservation. Nous les avons vu utilisé des assiettes sales qu'on "frotte" avec la main pour faire partir ce qu'il reste dessus. Et ils les utilisent pour mettre leur patisserie et autres dans la vitrine du bar. J'ose à peine imaginer les cuisines !
