Prima en ruim appartement op een korte afstand van de grote markt👍
Pros:

Het was ruim en goed ingericht en schoon. Het bed sliep heerlijk👍

Cons:

We zaten aan de straatkant, wat erg gehorig was even gecheckt en er zou beter dubbele beglazing in gezet moeten worden.

Pros:

Super beliggenhed. Godt isolerede vinduer og aircondition så man kunne sove på trods af meget varmt vejr, marokkanskfodboldsejr og beliggenhed i party zone. Gratis afkølet vand fra automat i bygningen er også et godt indslag.

Cons:

Rengøring virkede sjusket. Der var affald og snavset service i opvaskemaskinen fra den forrige beboer og gryder i skabet var også snavset. Salt og peber burde være der i et lejet køkken.

Excellent location, Relatively comfortable but not the best. Dated accommodation.
Pros:

The location is absolutely fantastic. Everything we wanted to go to was so close by. It's excellent for convenience to shops, the Grand Place, transport and great restaurants. The apartment is also really sizeable - it's got 2 toilets and it's very spacious. The bed and sofa are comfortable. Some of the staff I spoke to on the phone are nice and communicative.

Cons:

Unfortunately our stay had a lot of issues. Firstly, the hotel had a huge water problem the day we arrived whereby water came out brown from the tap. We also had insects in our room, including ants and silver fish. The ants also got into the bed. There's a stain on the curtain so overall it just felt a bit dirty.

There is only one lift for 6 floors including the basement which is where the luggage storage is. The luggage storage system is inconvenient - you have to phone them to get access to the luggage key cards and one of the male staff members hung up on me on the phone which was very rude. Also, the towel I had was torn up. The hotel was very fast to correct these issues, and were apologetic and polite about it so I give them a lot of credit for that.

I also don't like the shampoo amenities as they are the combination shampoo /conditioner and shower gel all in one which is bad for both the hair and skin.

Overall it's a budget hotel/apartment but because of the BTS concerts the price was quite inflated and so we paid a lot more for what the room was worth.

I would not stay here again. But if you need a very conveniently located and relatively comfortable but aged apartment hotel then it's good for that. But I did not like the insects, water issues, luggage storage system and it's quite dated.

Przestronny apartament w idealnej lokalizacji
Pros:

Fajny kompleks pokoi/apartamentów w doskonałej lokalizacji. Mieliśmy apartament nr 02 na parterze, duży ok 50m2, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Do Grand Place dosłownie dwa kroki, do metra 5 min piechotą.
Bezproblemowy chech in przy pomocy kodów.
Świetny kontakt z właścicielem.

Cons:

Nie wiem jak w innych apartamentach ale na parterze kiepski zasięg telefonii komórkowej

Muy recomendable!
Pros:

Excelente ubicación en el centro histórico, a pocos minutos caminando de la Grand Place y suficientemente cerca de otros puntos de interés como para ir caminando. Zona de muchísimos restaurantes.
La cocina muy bien equipada y hermoso baño.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con el sofá cama pero al día siguiente lo solucionaron.

Pros:

The location is perfect, right in the Old Town, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Access to the apartment is simple and straightforward.

Cons:

The cleanliness was not up to standard, and I also found a towel with two large holes, which was disappointing.
Overall, the apartment feels like it needs renovation and updating to meet expected standards.
