总体来说推荐，风景好，服务好，每天还会配送免费牛奶。但是酒店的位置距离市区有点距离，需要每天预订酒店巴士往返。

Both positives and negatives
Pros:

Adequate room size. Shuttle provided to town. Up to date furnishings

Cons:

The staff confused our bill and tour with another family when we registered. The same thing happened when we checked out billing us more than we should have. We needed to get a manager both times and was assured it was straightened out both time. This was time consuming.

Nice but lacking 5 star feel..
Pros:

Nice lakeside location and our king size room had great views. Some of the staff.. the blond girl at reception and the Asian shuttle driver were great examples..had excellent service skills. The shuttle service was super idea.

Cons:

This is stated to be a 5 star hotel. On arrival in our rental car after a 5 hour drive we were asked to move out of the way so ' I can move the shuttle bus' by a ginger haired guy with moustache. Very unwelcoming! Then big queue at reception which seemed chaotic .. we later discovered the whole town was busy with Chinese New Year tourists....but sorry that's no excuse.
Our room was lovely with super layout and comfy bed and nice facilities. However there was no complimentary water or biscuits and we had to ask for fresh milk and teabags. Not very 5 star.
Walking back to get from room to hotel buildings was through the underground car park...again not very prestigious feel....the building overall feels like attached masses of concrete.
