Very disappointing for th amount of money. Would not stay here again.

Had noise through floor of apartment above every night. Could hear chairs being dragged across floor all through the night as well as people arguing one night. Woke us up every night and after speaking to the Manager, was just told to call if we heard it during the night and they would speak to the people above. Didn’t feel that was a solution as they are entitled to use their furniture whenever. Something should be done to fix the noise from apartments above when paying over $1,000 per night. Not five star in our opinion. Stayed at quieter and better motels along our road trip for much less cost.

Stunning views
Pros:

Stunning outlook - very comfortable room with great service. Staff were great and special shoutout to Felix who was very welcoming and full of local knowledge. The hourly shuttle in and out of Queenstown was a great service

Overall ok , staff is quite ok.

The proximity to the lake

Cons:

The breakfast area , food area and the food weren’t great. We got “ upgraded “ for free to a room with “ a lake view “ , but the room had a really weird and bad small.. almost as if the carpet was really bad wet or someone would have smoked inside for days..

The property was absolutely beautiful. The three bedroom with a lake view was stunning. The unit was clean and if looked like a high end unit. Loved the fireplace and the beautiful deck.

A comfortable quiet stop in the Queenstown environs.
Pros:

Lovely room with view of mountains although concrete structure does obscure view of water. The room was large and very comfortable. Excellent bathroom. Close to the airport with complimentary parking.

Cons:

See above. No pool or spa zone. Very little space in the bar in the evening.

Definitely not a luxury hotel in terms of hospitality and/ or facilities. The staff was lacking in personality and approachability, and the facilites were tremendously lacking in terms of claiming "luxury" ...if you frequent luxury hotels this is not to the standard.
