Cons:

The balcony wasn't kept clean. It had cobwebs and bird poop. Also, internet connectivity wasn't good in the balcony area.. So one can't sit on the balcony and browse

A stunning location.
Pros:

We were exhausted from traveling and requested both an early check-in and to change a dinner reservation to in-room dining. There was no discussion and only accommodation. Outstanding and beautiful.

A lovely place to stay for a short time in Queenstown. A nice walk into town.
Pros:

We had a lovely suite overlooking the lake and a small balcony. It was nice and spacious and very private.
