We love Queenstown & would stay at The Rees again!
Pros:

The rooms were spotless, quiet and there was a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were exceptional- so friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus a tremendous service. Dining room served incredibly meals.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off at 8am and woke us up. The staff came to our room to check, just asked if there was an issue and left. No apologies or explanation for it, it ruined a bit the experience for us.

Pros:

Jacob. The Concierge was the best part of our experience. He went out of the way to make every minute of our stay enjoyable. Nothing stopped him from going all out with our travel experiences and the tiniest of comforts that excelled despite my concierge experiences at The Four Seasons and The Ritz Carltons around the world. He was the true Brand Ambassador for The Rees Hotel.

早餐種類不多，但是可以吃飽，主要是吃早餐環境不錯，可以悠閒的吃早餐並享受美景，已經連續兩年來皇后鎮渡假，都是住在The Rees

Pros:

Nos dieron un upgrade a un apartamento muy cómodo. Pudimos percatarnos que la vista del primer nivel de habitaciones del hotel es la parte posterior precisamente de los apartamentos donde nos hospedamos

Cons:

Para accesar la habitación se pasa en medio del estacionamiento y acumulan bolsas de ropa de cama sucia a la vista del cliente
