Superb. High expectations surpassed!
Pros:

Triple AAA+++. The rooms are spacious, the beds soooo comfortable and big. The shower gel and shampoo is Karl Lagerfeld. The Level 6 glass sided pool is fabulous and massive! The views from room beautiful. Reception staff very friendly.

Sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Lange Wartezeit bei der Tischzuweisung beim Frühstück. Ca. 10 Minuten bis Einlassregistratur erledigt war obschon Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht war.

It looked great and was promising but overall very disappointing

Cons:

The shower head fell on my head while having a shower. I placed some clothes on the top shelf of the wardrobe and they were covered in dust and dust went everywhere when I got them out. The TV kept playing up. The screen went black and often switched off and took quite some time to get back to what I was attempting to watch.
