Pick another hotel!
Pros:

Beds were comfy and rooms were modern enough.

Cons:

You have to pay for parking unless you become a member on the day you arrive . Which involves long ques and Miami formation on how to go about it.
You are unable to use the sauna unless you book a treatment . This should be made clearer in the bookings. Reception was slow. Hotel lobby is outdated.

Lovely room and a great location

Cons:

The bed has a topper on it and dipped on one side. It was ok to sleep when you found the most comfortable spot after shuffling around for 20 minutes

Beautiful. Romantic. Special stay.
Pros:

Spacious room. Clean facilities. Very friendly staff!

Cons:

I wanted to stay an extra night but I couldn’t extend my stay because the Terrace rooms were all booked and that made me sad 😉

Brilliant I look to my next stay.
Pros:

My room was very comfortable every single staff member I dealt with was extremely nice the valet men were amazing nothing was any trouble so very kind. I really enjoyed my stay. I was there for AREC Realestate Conference. I have let everyone know about this place. I will return again thank you ☺️

I couldn’t complain about anything at all. Extremely happy 😆
