Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and liked everything else about the hotel.
Pros:

We stayed at The Star Grand, Gold Coast for three nights and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were about 5 or 6 restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Parking is available but costs $20 per day. However, if you sign up for a membership card and use it in the casino, you may earn points that help with parking.

Convenient and has everything in one place

Cons:

Breakfast buffet very busy and food very plain. Suggest to offer packages with a breakfast option in a non buffet venue. Not every one wants to eat a huge breakfast. Just a good coffee and a light breaky.
