Relaxing getaway, good show, really enjoyed Boney M.
Pros:

Comfort of the king suite with large balcony.
Access to all parts of venue.
Helpful staff.
Executive lounge on 21st floor, was fantastic.

Cons:

The eco toilet in the suite, the air function for drying did not work. Disappointed my partner.
The instant hot water tap in main server sink did not work.

Beds and pillows are like clouds! So cosy

Cons:

For some reason we were only given 2
Cups (we are a family of 3) and they had no saucers or spoons to make our tea/coffee which was a shame.
It wld also be nice to have bottled water on arrival but there is none.

Good stay for 2 nights, like the pool

Cons:

There seems to be a lack of clear instructions and communication from staff regarding use of the membership and getting our parking tickets validated. The breakfast buffet wasn’t fantastic. The food presentation and service looks a bit untidy and dirty. Too many people as well, the food was so-so
