Convenient to Casino

Cons:

Room was average considering the price. There were no tea or coffee mugs in our room, we had to call room service to bring some up.

My view hope you listening
Pros:

Staff were the best, helpful, friendly brilliant from Valet parking to housekeeping.
I know that smokers are fround upon now, but at 73 and a smoker since 11 with bad legs. I was so greatful that our balcony room had a ashtray provided you truely cater for all guests. Thank you.
Our room was beautiful, very clean, our view was amazing.

Cons:

However, your smoking area off the casino were poor, no seating could have beautiful with plants lovely outdoor furniture. Plants could be used to screen from view. There will always be smokers please do not discriminate.
One thing we did notice was the weeds along the balcony in our room. Room 512.

staff at check in (Sue I think it was) nothing too hard for her and very helpful and accommodating

Cons:

Bathroom has elements of rust at the bottom of the door and wall area, basic commodities such as cotton tips, would be welcome
