We had a total of 7 x adults in our group. We had no complaints
Pros:

All facilities, room, casino, restaurants, bars were all fantastic. We didn't even leave the Hotel during our stay. There was so much to do. Great venue

Cons:

Waiting until 5.30am for our first morning coffee after our morning walk....Couldnt be bothered going to the room, just sat and waited for the M&D cafe to open

Pleasant, but probably won’t stay again
Pros:

Great location, very fun atmosphere, great drink specials

Cons:

The gimmick of getting a membership card to get parking fee waived. Check in didn’t advice me where to go to get the card, I had to figure it out myself, then stood in line for over 40 minutes to get the card, the points my husband earned in his card didn’t transfer over & they wanted to charge us for parking! Also, the elevator don’t work outside of pool area so I had to wait for a staff member to come let me out. No pool towels in our room. The beds & pillows were super comfortable but I was not that impressed with the amenities & staff helpfulness

Handy location, no balcony,average views. Brown, brown and more brown. Not worth the 5 star price.
Pros:

Very handy location for shopping and also we had something on in the convention centre there.

Cons:

So incredibly dingy and dated. Quite arrogant actually to say this dark dingy hotel is 5 star.

Very Nice room and bed.
Pros:

The room was well appointed and pleasant to look at.
The tv was large.
The large window had a pleasant view with electronic blinds and curtains.
The a/c was good

Cons:

The bathroom was compact but useable and had a selection of complimentary toiletries.
The room was advertised as late check out of 12 but reception had it as 11am.
The $50 voucher was not specifically pointed out to be 'only for use on first day'

Very average
Pros:

Cons:

Room was dirty in the corners .mould in basin arund sinks ,bath on silicon.
Conorer of rooms dirt ,dust build up .
Room had poor lighting . With full lights on hard to see.
Outside our room had a blower going drying carpet we couldnt sleep from the noise
