Hotel spełnił oczekiwania.
Pros:

Śniadania były smaczne i różnorodne. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Cicha okolica. Blisko do term Széchenyi.

Cons:

Materace na łóżkach mogłyby być bardziej wygodne.

Good location, good value, variable staff
Pros:

comfortable hotel in very pleasant safe area with easy metro link into the city centre and short walk to the lovely City Park. The hotel is good value and popular, breakfast is nice. The staff are an interesting group of people, varying from really friendly and helpful to almost bad-tempered! However, overall we liked staying here and were happy with the spacious room and little balcony.

Cons:

we would have liked better tea/coffee making facilities in room

The hotel was phenomenal! The best hotel I've stayed at in Budapest! Exceeded my expectations. Room was clean, hygenic, spacious, beautiful views, great location, kind staff, good hotel restaurant, comfortable, peaceful, easy check in and out.

Excellent stay in a lovely location with good service and good VFM
Pros:

Very well located near Hero's Square, the City Park and the Museum of Fine Arts. In comparison with other hotels nearby, it offers excellent value for money. There is a good breakfast with considerable choice of food. Something was amiss with the door of the wardrobe in my room and when I reported that fact, it was immediately repaired. There is a handy bar on the ground floor with convenient opening hours; it sells Torley and other drinks at reasonable prices. I have stayed here before, and never been disappointed.

Cons:

The reception staff are very serious and could try to be a little more friendly; however, they are competent and efficient. The two styles CAN go together, you know!

Für kurzen Städtetrip passend.
Pros:

Personal freundlich, Frühstück gut und Abwechslungsreich.
Die Lage ist OK, mit Uber kommt man für 10€ in die Stadtmitte.
Zu Fuss ca. 5 Minuten vom Platz der Helden entfernt, dort ist auch eine Metro und Bushaltestelle.

Der Balkon war recht klein, dadurch kein Platz für Möbel ..

Abbiamo effettuato il check in il giorno 21 agosto intorno alle ore 14,30.
Alla reception erano presenti due individui (perché sono educata). Purtroppo non avevano il cartellino con il nome. Un maschio con la barba ed i capelli castani leggermente lunghi e rasati dietro la nuca e la femmina piccola capelli ricci castani e occhiali.
Partiamo dal presupposto che c'è stata un' incomprensione per l' importo da pagare. Invece di gestire la situazione in modo professionale quel cafone ha iniziato ad usare la mimica facciale , del tipo alzare gli occhi al cielo oppure parlare nella loro lingua insieme alla sua degna compagna e ridere in faccia al cliente.
Ho dovuto richiedere una stampa del dettaglio del soggiorno, perché i due amichetti ridevano e prendevano per i fondelli il cliente. Complimenti per la professionalità.
Ho dovuto trattenere il mio istinto...
La camera che ho prenotato prevedeva 3 letti singoli invece c'era un letto matrimoniale e una pseudo poltrona letto (una panca di legno) non corrisponde con quanto indicato nella prenotazione.
Comunque volevo semplicemente consigliare, a chi fa la selezione del personale, che individui di questa risma sicuramente sono più adatti a sparecchiare i tavolii durante la colazione e non lasciarli a contatto con il pubblico.
Le persone presenti alla reception sono il biglietto da visita della struttura, questo dice tutto...

A beautiful, relaxing stay that’s still close to all the action, thanks to the nearby Metro.
Pros:

Hotel Benczur is a great place to stay in Budapest: it’s in a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood filled with beautiful homes and international embassies. Yet it’s only a 8-10 minute walk to the Metro subway line, and about that to the beautiful City Park. The breakfast is great, as is the lovely patio out front.
