Pros:

Nettes Personal, freundlich, hilfsbereit bei Buchungsproblem meinerseits...hatte mich versehentlich für einen Tag später angemeldet. Stornierung klappte bei Booking Vom perfekt.

Cons:

Alles bestens, bis auf den muffigen Geruch im Eingangsbereich ( keine Fenster), man sollte dringend für Duftverteiler sorgen, gibt es schon in anderen Bereichen, z.B. in Altenheimen. Hier könnte man Kaffeeduft verströmen. Die Investition würde sich sehr lohnen.

Pros:

Unterkunft gut, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich riecht sehr muffig, unangenehm. Das passt gar nicht zum Rest des Hauses. Man könnte dich Dauerberieselung mit angenehmem Duft installieren. Gibt es in Altenheimen im Eingangsbereich....duftet immer einladend. Kaffeeduft würde schon reichen.

Übernachtung okay
Pros:

Für den Anlass und durch die Nähe zur Zeche Zollern war das Hotel geeignet.
Beides ist fussläufig gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Vermutlich wäre ein Zimmer zur Rückseite ruhiger.

ok, wenn wir nicht noch trotz Bestätigung durch Booking noch 72 € Frühstück bezahlen hätten müssen
Pros:

Bett war sehr bequem, Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

keine saubere Teppiche, voller schwarzer Flecken und Zimmer wurden nicht gesäubert und keine Betten aufgeschüttelt.
