Pros:

The room was close to the leisure centre, which was ideal as we have 4 children and a great size family room.

Cons:

There was no hot chocolate/biscuits condiments with the tea/coffee for the children in the room..smart tv had no Netflix .

Relaxing and excellent customer service.
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Good food service and will definitely return at some stage. Location is situated perfectly if you want to visit Connemara and Galway city itself is just a short drive away.

Cons:

Everything was fine, vending machine was impossible to work and air con in our room wasn’t working but otherwise a perfect stay here.

Ruime kamer. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Gratis parkeren.

Cons:

Helaas was de kamer niet voorzien van geluidwerend glas zoals in de entree. Daardoor al heel vroeg wakker. Onze kamer aan de voorkant lag aan een zeer drukke weg. Wij konden zelf de radiator niet bedienen. Ging vanzelf aan waardoor het heel warm werd in de kamer. Elke dag naar de receptie waar ze dit wel konden regelen.

A good option when visiting Galway.
Pros:

Proximity to Galway
Very comfortable bed and room
Good bar with good TVs to watch sport

Cons:

Breakfast only ok.. fruit is not fresh. Tight space .
The bar and restaurant is all one, so the smell of curry while enjoying my beer was off-putting! Very busy road in front , made it tricky by car and on foot. Very small pool.
