Leider sind wir mit dieser Anlage nicht zufrieden geblieben. Allerdings Service war tatsächlich gut. Sehr gute und hilfr

Lage war perfekt. Riesige und sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Klimaanlage Funktion war leider sehr schlecht. Deshalb mussten wir in andere Zimmer umziehen. Allerdings das gleiche Problem ist auch dort gewesen. Der Boden war Klitsche nass. Es war unglaubliches Ausrutschgefahr für die Kinder. Wenn wir morgen aufgewacht sind, waren alle Bettlaken und Gegenstände genauso wie Boden im Raum feucht oder nass. Außerdem war der Pool mit dem das Hotel so sehr beworben hat auf Reparatur geschlossen.

"The hotel is located in a prime area close to Karon Beach, local restaurants, and shopping. The rooms are excellent. Although there is ongoing renovation in another building and the main swimming pool, it hasn’t disturbed my stay. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends for a wonderful holiday experience."

If you're visiting during the low season, you're likely to encounter rain. Phuket can have rain for two to three consecutive days on some days, so be sure to bring an umbrella or raincoat.

Pros:

La zona de piscina de niños fue lo mejor del hotel. Tambien que esta muy bien ubicado tienes todo cerca y la playa es a unos minutos caminando

Cons:

Cuando estas en la habitacion hueles todo el tiempo Un olor a humedad que no te deja ni dormir.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement. La chambre spacieuse et les femmes de ménages qui nous changent les serviettes tous les jours plus l’eau gratuite. Plusieurs seven eleven à proximité. Le restaurant onion juste à côté.

Cons:

La piscine présente des traces de moisissures. Des saletés sont restés plusieurs jours dans la piscine. Les transats sont moisis. La population Russe qui fait beaucoup de bruit et ne respecte pas les autres. La vue sur les fils d’électricité de notre chambre. L’hôtel est en travaux donc tous les après midis à la piscine beaucoup de bruit et juste derrière vu sur une décharge.

Highly recommend a stay here!
Pros:

We loved staying here! The room was immaculate, the staff super helpful and friendly and even went out of their way to send me.back a charger I had left behind. The buffet breakfast was huge and varied daily all cooked fresh and tasty.
Super close to the beach and patak road which has several resturants and things to do but dont look past the kiri restaurant which also does food for the pool bar at Sugar Art, food is well priced and delicious!

A gem need polishing
Pros:

The overall stay was pleasant, however the property need more maintenance,; my bed mattress spring was detached, the showers tap control was hard and not able to control hand shower and rain shower. They did change the mattress and get the tap fixed after feedback.
The sofa fabric and cuddling pillow is dirty, suggest to change materials.

Cons:

The mosquitoes and Flies in the room and the building surroundings. Attention needed before guests fall sick.
