Everything about the property is amazing from the venue, location and most importantly the staff ❤️
Отдыхаю в отеле в третий раз, отличные кровати и система кондиционирования тихая, отличный большой бассейн, уборка по требованию, доброжелательный персонал, прекрасные завтраки. Кофе отличный, выбор большой. Хорошая тренажерка.

The location was very good with a short walk to the Karon beach and convenience stores nearby. The staff was good and very responsive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of offerings including western options. The waffles were crispy and the pancakes were fluffy. They provide slippers, beach towels, a beach bag, umberellas and all for your comfort for the beach.
The walk to the breakfast room from our room was really long because we got a room in the back of the hotel. With kids it was a problem. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The sand from the beach was never cleaned. The room bathrooms were cleaned superficially and not deep cleaned enough. My room's attached bathroom had a the wash basin in the room. You had to walk out of the toilet, open the divider door, walk across the room to wash your hands. That was the worst part of my stay. No place to hang the towels and the floor was constantly wet because of it. The pool didnt feel too clear and the water was really cold.
