We loved staying here! The room was immaculate, the staff super helpful and friendly and even went out of their way to send me.back a charger I had left behind. The buffet breakfast was huge and varied daily all cooked fresh and tasty.
Super close to the beach and patak road which has several resturants and things to do but dont look past the kiri restaurant which also does food for the pool bar at Sugar Art, food is well priced and delicious!

The overall stay was pleasant, however the property need more maintenance,; my bed mattress spring was detached, the showers tap control was hard and not able to control hand shower and rain shower. They did change the mattress and get the tap fixed after feedback.
The sofa fabric and cuddling pillow is dirty, suggest to change materials.
The mosquitoes and Flies in the room and the building surroundings. Attention needed before guests fall sick.

Stayed for 2.5weeks asked for wifi 6 times was only fixed 3 days before leaving in 2 rooms also work got done next to us for 3 days and no notice to say there would be loud banging and grinding

Porem nao gostei da posicao do quarto ficava em uma rua movimentada e com pouca ventilacao.

Pedimos taxi para a recepcao no dia da partida ,porem quando chegou no aeroporto o motorista quis cobrar o dobro do valor acordado no hotel ,quem pediu o taxi foi a funcionaria do hotel Sugar Marina , pelo aplicativo Bolt do celular dela.
O motorista disse que queria ver o valor no aplicativo expliquei que foi pedido no hotel e mostrei o print, mas nao aceitou e tive que pagar em dobro.

Le personnel n’aide absolument car un sac à dos de 10kg etait deja trop lourd pourtant j’en avais 3 sur moi avec mon enfant en plus.
Ce qu’ils appellent kidclub n’est qu’une salle de jeu sans surveillance où ils acceptent dans leur règlement pris en photo de laisser un enfant seul de 4 ans sans surveillance ..
Coin piscine dangereux car l’escalier du toboggan est non sécurisé et marches saillantes dans l'eau côté enfant.
Pas de transat dès le matin car personne ne surveille et tout le monde pose sa serviette et part..
Chambre sale dès le premier jour.
Salle de bain vraiment pas pratique et petite surtout avec des enfants, pas de pommeau de douche dans la baignoire.. comment se rincer ?
Pas mal de chose à revoir mais surtout l'amabilité du responsable homme à l'accueil.

Det var dejligt at børn var tænkt på, der var et dejligt legerum og lege område ved poolen. Det var dejligt at der var pool adgang direkte fra vores værelse. Hotellet lå meget centralt og i nærheden af alting. En spytklat fra stranden. Rigtig dejligt pool område. God restaurant tilknyttet poolen, det smagte godt og var okay priser. God betjening ved poolen.
Der var enormt lyt, det føltes desværre ikke som at komme til Phuket da der simpelthen var så mange russere og de fik lov at opføre sig så egoistisk og hensynsløst. Jeg måtte en aften selv gå ud og bede en stor flok om at dæmpe sig fordi de råbte og skreg i lobbyen. De overholdte ingen regler og var generelt var en stor årsag til at vi havde en dårlig oplevelse på dette hotel. Dette hotel er også første gang vi har oplevet personalet være mindre imødekommende, men det er da til at forstå når de skal finde sig i sådanne slags turister. Vi er dog også skuffede over hotellets housekeeping da vi ikke en eneste dag ud af de 6, nåede at få rengjort vores værelse. Når vi kom op ved en 15-16 tiden, var det lige omkring der at det var vores tur. Vi måtte derfor bede om nye skraldeposer, toiletpapir og håndklæder alle dage. Et minus for os med et lille barn var også at poolen ikke havde et toilet i nærheden. Der skulle man over i den næste bygning.
