Wart powtórzenia.
Pros:

Bardzo dobre. Bez uwag.

Cons:

Praktyczniejszy byłby prysznic zamiast wanny. Prysznic nad wanną to nie to samo. Nie bardzo rozumiem czemu ma służyć system pobierania kaucji. Nigdzie tego nie spotkałem.

Jesteśmy rozczarowani, nie polecamy.

Lokalizacja i miła obsługa

Cons:

Totalne rozczarowanie. Ten hotel nie ma nic wspólnego z pięcioma gwiazdkami. Wybraliśmy ten hotel na weekend z powodu bliskiej odległości do Targów Poznańskich i dlatego, że była już znikomy wybór hoteli w Poznaniu w tym terminie. Hotel drogi, miał być luksusowy więc nasze oczekiwanie byly spore a niestety hotel nie spełnił nawet minimum. Strefa spa to jakiś dramat, uszkodzone kafelki w basenie i na całym terenie dookoła basenu, nie radzę chodzić boso bo można się skaleczyć, brak jacuzzi, wszędzie ciemno i nic nieczynne, jeden basen pływacki i jeden mały nie wiadomo do czego, ta strefa powinna być zamknięta, niedopuszczona do użytku a tak nie jest. Hotel podzielony jest na apartamenty na zewnątrz i pokoje w hotelu, strefa z apartamentami nie ma w budynku żadnej recepcji, wszędzie po wszystko coś załatwić czy zjeść śniadanie trzeba chodzić do osobnego budynku, ale to nie było największym problemem natomiast brak klimatyzacji w pokoju to kolejny żart, to już były kwietniowe noce, w pokoju duszno a Pan nam mówi że temperatury w nocy są niskie i nie mogą pozwolić sobie na włączenie klimatyzacji ... Hit, nikt oczywiscie nawet słowa o tym nie wspomniał przy zameldowaniu czy przy rezerwacji, Pan przyniósł nam wiatrak - podkreślę do 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu. Ten apartament to tylko z wielkości nim był bo rzeczywiście duży i to wszystko. Kolejna kwestia to śniadanie, które opisywane i oceniane jest na obłędne i zastanawiam się czy ludzie, którzy to piszą to podrozuja gdziekolwiek po Polsce czy to jedyny hotel w którym byli... Tańsze, mniej gwiazdkowe hotele mają lepsze śniadanie, lepszej jakości z dużo większym wyborem jak na przykład hotele w Toruniu, w Trójmieście, Warszawie ...

Pros:

Location is really nice, many fancy restaurants around. Wellness area in incredible! Breakfast is tasty. Staff is polite.

Cons:

A/C was not working in the room and it was too hot to sleep well during the night. But staff said it was some A/C machinery issue on the roof and hotel agreed with late checkout as compensation so I guess it is Ok

Awarię czasem się zdarzają ale to jak są rozwiązywane w hotelu 5* to słabe.

Podejście personelu do awarii klimatyzacji w moim pokoju. Zaproponowano wiatrak przenośny i tyle. Po moim proteście otrzymałem jednak inny pokój z działającą klimatyzacją.
