Le personnel était débordé.
le balcon est bien mais dommage qu'il y a la chaleur du moteur de climatisation qui nous empêche de bien profiter de la vue .
Les meubles sont dans un état médiocre , il faudrait un bon rafraîchissement de la décoration.
la piscine devrait être mieux entretenue. Nous sommes passé par une salle complètement laissée a l'abandon ( toile d'araignée , meubles abandonnés ...) pour accéder à la piscine .
les prises murales sont détachées avec fils apparents
c'est très dangereux , surtout dans la salle de bain. Je ne suis pas sûre que les appartements soient aux normes ....

Très déçue. Réservation effectuée plusieurs mois à l'avance, annulée seulement une heure avant notre arrivée en raison d'un problème de punaises de lit. Au vu des nombreux avis faisant état de ce même problème, il est regrettable que l'établissement n'ait manifestement pas anticipé la situation et ait attendu le dernier moment pour annuler notre réservation. Un tel manque d'hygiène et de professionnalisme est inacceptable. Aucune empathie, aucune considération, aucune aide pour nous reloger. Nous avons dû trouver un hébergement en urgence, plus cher et moins bien situé. Malgré notre réclamation, aucune réponse. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

L’appartement en entier

Самый ужасный апартамент в моей жизни. Совсем не соответствует по описанию и по фотографии. Реальность и ожидание совсем не оправдали. В большую комнату невозможно было заходить так сильно воняло там . Ужасный запах. Не в одной комнате нет лампочек и света . Не советую вам !

Unfortunately, we did not want to stay after seeing the condition of the property. On arrival, we found several issues that made the accommodation feel unclean and poorly maintained. The bath panel was damaged, the bath tub had black dirt at the bottom, the floor tiles were cracked, and the grout between the tiles was black with dirt. The kitchen cabinets were also in poor condition, and there were missing or damaged items, including no light shade on the main light, one lamp missing a lampshade, and another lamp without a bulb.
Cleanliness was a major concern, as dirt was found between the bedsheets, which was unacceptable. The room was also extremely hot, and although a fan was provided, it was not powerful enough to make the room comfortable.
When we arrived, there was no one available at reception to report these issues, as staff are only present for around three hours on weekdays. This made it difficult to raise concerns or seek assistance immediately.
The only positive was closeness to the beach. But the surrounding area and amenities felt poor quality and the overall atmosphere was not welcoming.
Overall, the accommodation did not meet an acceptable standard of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance, and we would not recommend staying here.

Je trouve honteux de louer un appartement pareil, il faudrait complètement rénové l’appartement avant de le mettre en location. L’appartement est très sale, meubles très vieux, aucunes lumières dans l’appartement, j’avais vu dans les commentaires qu’il y’avait des punaises de lit et c’est vraiment réel !!!!!

Die Wohnung über uns wurde gerade renoviert, es war dementsprechend von morgens bis teilweise tief in die Nacht eine gewisse geräuschkulisse über uns. Das Hotel ist direkt an der Bahn, diese ist außerordentlich laut gewesen irgendwas war auch an den Schienen nicht in Ordnung. Außerdem ist hinter der Bahnschiene direkt noch eine rund um die Uhr befahrene Straße, die Leute lassen dort auch Nachts gerne den Motor aufheulen und es wird dauernd gehupt. Die Lage war also nicht gut. Besonders sauber war es auch nicht es war ok. Allerdings war irgendwie alles kaputt, von Gardine bis zur notdürftig gespachtelten Wand im Badezimmer. Ich bin gespannt ob wir die Kaution in Höhe von 200 € wiedersehen, diese soll angeblich automatisch zurück überwiesen werden.
Also sich ausruhen ist hier nicht, wir haben kaum ein Auge zugetan.
