Location was good for me and the room worked well

Cons:

No plug sockets to use by the bed and the shower head was damaged. The bedside phone was constantly illuminated.

Pleasant stay. So convenient for the park and palm house.

Lovely stay and wish we could have stayed longer - will be back

The hotel is really nice, the staff couldn't be more helpful and made us feel very welcome and looked after our dogs as they were royalty. Nicely redecorated room and bathroom

Cons:

Would have liked some more towels rather than just one bath towel each. We didn't have a hand towel for drying our hands or a bath matt to step onto when we came out of the shower - this didn't effect our stay just details that would help in the future.

Tolles Ambiente, bei der Bar kann man schön sitzen und was trinken, es sind auch Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden, obwohl es eigentlich nur Donnerstag bis Sonntag etwas zu essen geben sollte, hatte mittwochs Abend doch die Küche offen und es gab leckeres Essen.

I want to love it and it needs some love

Location is perfect. Love Sefton Park

Cons:

Need modernising. Mattress had at least one spring that was noisy. Terrible smell permeated the room, almost as if drains needed cleaning. It’s the structural issues, not the staff.

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were well equipped and perfectly clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great stay and a fantastic location with regular local transport into the city centre

Great location and dog friendly. Lovely staff

Cons:

The only fault was a leaking down pipe on the outside the of the room which when it rained overnight caused a lot of noise
