This is a beautiful property with everything you could possibly want on hand, including a swimming pool which was lovely. We stayed in the Demelza suite which was spacious and wonderfully quiet.
Staff were extremely friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was wonderful with a great choice of continental and cooked.
We had a meal there one evening which was of a very high standard.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Boscundle Manor, and our expectations were exceeded in every way. The location, characterful building, and lovely grounds immediately impressed us. The owner gave us a warm welcome on arrival and couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was amazing—spacious, beautifully appointed, and with a great overall feel. It's clear that every detail across the establishment has been carefully considered to create a truly special experience for guests. The dining menu exemplified this, offering perfectly executed, well-thought-out meals in a character-filled setting.
The indoor heated pool was another highlight—a wonderful way to unwind after a day exploring the local area. We highly recommend Boscundle Manor and will definitely be returning in the future!

Ease of getting to the location, a short drive from the Eden Project. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and the staff who we interacted with were all lovely
The advert stated heated pool and spa, the room the pool was in was a nice temperature, the pool was most definitely not. It was also described as having a spa, a single treatment room does not qualify as a spa in my opinion, feel slightly mislead.
The manor is a beautiful place with beautiful grounds and very relaxing place
I used to pool twice it was a lovely pool and the temperature was perfect nice and cool for our stay
The owner was such a nice gentleman who went to great lengths to make sure everyone had a enjoyable stay

Excellent stay overall. Lovely place, superb service, and a great location. Breakfast was really nice, a lovely start to each day.
Very little to fault, room was very hot and stuffy at night, but the weather was exceptionally warm whilst we were there anyway.

Great hotel, lovely staff great location for Eden Project, and concerts - WolfAlice ..then walk back to the hotel . Also Heligan Gardens ..👌
We stayed here as it was walking distance from the Eden Project and we were attending the Eden Sessions. The hotel and grounds were fabulous- our tickets also entitled us to free entry to the Eden Project but we couldn't resist enjoying the hotel!
We were there in hot weather. A fan was provided to make the room more comfortable but the bathroom had a glass skylight that didn't open or have a blind making the bathroom uncomfortably warm.
The Manor was beautiful inside and out. The facilities we used great and the staff excellent. Very pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful.
