Really lovely hotel situated in a perfect location.
Pros:

The staff at the breakfast area - although extremely busy - were always very nice and welcoming and good at their job. They were very efficient each day. The breakfast was really lovely each day.

Cons:

The ladies at reception were not very helpful, not welcoming at all and were mostly, downright rude. Upon arrival I made a comment about the upcoming snow storm and I got a dirty look as if I shouldn't be making small talk. The front desk let the hotel down. The rest of the hotel is very good.

Excellent hotel with the view as advertised of the city being perfect.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the wait staff was exceptional.

Cons:

Me and my new wife came in late after our wedding and were hoping for room service but it had closed early.

Pros:

Enastående utsikt från vårt rum mot Manhattan. Bra läge, nära till Path trains till Manhattan och fina promenader längs vatten med utsikt mot Manhattan.

Cons:

Bäddsoffan var inte förberedd. Ventilation gick igång på maxläget ett antal gånger vilket var mycket störande.
