Una las lamparas sin bombilla digamos para un hotel de 4 estrellas bastante decepcionante.
Hotel jest duży, pięknie położony. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje świetnie wyposażona siłownia – widok podczas ćwiczeń naprawdę robi wrażenie. Atrakcje dla dzieci- boiska, golf.
Obiekt hotelowy jest olbrzymi. Sama mam dzieci, więc absolutnie nie przeszkadza mi obecność rodzin, jednak ogromna liczba gości z dziećmi powodowała spory tłok i hałas. Najbardziej raził mnie pozostawiany w częściach wspólnych bałagan – porozrzucane resztki jedzenia i jedzenia na stołach czy podłodze były momentami naprawdę nieprzyjemnym widokiem i wręcz przyprawiały o mdłości. Podczas pobytu zdarzyło mi się również zauważyć karaluchy, co było dość nieprzyjemnym doświadczeniem.

Para ir con todo incluido no estaba todo incluido, la comida sin más y las bebidas horribles, hasta el agua sabía mal. Las instalaciones y la limpieza bastante bien, un hotel enfocado en l diversión de los niños.

I liked the location, the food, the staff is polite and friendly. Animators in the children's club are simply incredible 🫶🏻
I didn't like the woman who cleaned, she just came into my room when I was there and it was unpleasant, I didn't have time to put on clothes
Probably one of the biggest and most impressive resorts we have ever stayed at. Because of the different levels and the size of the property, it really feels like a little town of its own. There are so many swimming pools, restaurants and different areas to relax. The food in the restaurants changes regularly, so there is always something different to try.
We had a very spacious two-level suite with an amazing ocean view, which we absolutely loved.
Overall, this is definitely the kind of place you want to come back to again and again. We would happily return!
There was only one thing that we didn’t really like. The hotel advertises that it has parking, but in reality there seem to be only around 40 spaces for a resort with more than 500 rooms. On top of that, the parking spaces are allocated by the hotel staff, so it is not simply a first come, first served system. You have to check with the staff to see whether a space has become available and can be assigned to you.
During our entire stay, we were never able to get a parking space and had to park on the surrounding streets instead. In the end we got used to it and it was fine, but the whole parking procedure feels unnecessarily complicated and, in my opinion, doesn’t reflect well on an otherwise excellent hotel. It would be much better to communicate clearly in advance that on-site parking is extremely limited, so guests arriving by car know what to expect.
Me facilitaron la entrada al hotel no a la habitación y lo entiendo, se agradece ya que iba con dos niños desde el norte de Tenerife llegué antes.
La estancia en general,el tema de tener que cerrar una piscina que entiendo no es culpa del hotel ,el servicio del comedor y las instalaciones del mismo mal .
Entiendo que había muchos clientes pero relación calidad precio muy mal
Además no funcionaba el aire acondicionado.
