Quiet comfort
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable room

Cons:

Kleenex box was empty, no body wash container in the shower. When asked front desk for replacement, said they were out of body wash but did have hand soap.
I understand the convenience, economics and “going green” with not using single use containers; however it is quite common to encounter empty or missing bottles.

Pros:

the toilet was so low that my husband and I had to pull up on the sink to stand up and both of us pulled muscles in our kegs. We had the management come up to our room twice to turn our TV on. The bed pillows were very small and bed was not very comfortable.

Pros:

Great, except I went to the fitness center and my key would not open door. Front desk clerk could not get it open either. Breakfast did not start til 7, and was not very good.
