Pros:

The location and breakfast were great. The staff members were very kind and helpful. The lobby was fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling in room 206. There is no exhaust fan or ventilation in the bathroom. The shower water pressure was pretty weak. I also almost fell in the shower. There were no anti-slip in the tub.

Waffles, fresh fruit, juice (no apple juice), sausage and eggs (no bacon or potatoes), could use better choice of cold cereals, and possible to-go containers for eating in room.

Cons:

See statements above. Spent an additional $25 for pet but told the person the pet never entered the premises. Didn't return my $25.

Staff is kind. Was clean enough but will not be booking for my yearly trip next year.
Pros:

Staff was always helpful & friendly.

Cons:

None of the ice machines worked when we arrived. They did get the back & running by the middle of our stay. TV kept disconnecting to whatever service they have. Had to have them come reconnect it a couple of times. Internet is so slow that you’re unable to watch any streaming tv & are only offered less than 10 channels. Stayed 3 nights & beds were never made. Breakfast offered is minimal & not well prepared at all. You can tell they tossed it out of the freezer into the microwave. A/C in the room blew cold but never seemed to really cool the room down even with it running on high. Place needs an overall cleaning & updating done all together.

I stayed in worse but I was not the one paying
