Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms. Great AC. Friendly staff

Cons:

Very disorganized and understaffed breakfast bar. Poor girl was running herself ragged and completely unable to keep up. To no fault of her own. With a big event going on and it being a weekend morning, there should have been more hands on deck to ensure things were running smoothly


The restaurant staff the evening prior was rude and insisted they were out of everything in order to keep from cooking. They only wanted to sling drinks.

Overall stay was fine. Not spectacular, but for one night and the closeness to our location, it was good.

Pros:

right next to the stadium

The pool was not in good shape the gym was not nice the room shower was falling apart all in all the staff was good but the hotel needs TLC

Horrible Experience
Pros:

Myself, my daughter, sister and niece were already in bed for the night when someone tried to enter our room. We were terrified. The front desk wouldn’t answer calls from our room phone or our personal cell phones so we had to go to the front desk. The hotel had given someone else a key to our room that we had been checked in to for over 6 hours. The person who tried to enter our room would have gotten into our room if we hadn’t of had the top ball catch locked. Even with that, they continued to try to get into the room until we yelled to go away. The person who tried to get into our room was at the front desk an couldn’t understand our fear. I wonder how they would have reacted if the situation was reversed.
I understand human error however guests safety should be a priority of the hotel. The whole situation could have been handled so much better than it was. We left immediately after. We were offered another room but we no longer felt safe especially after being told the mix up was caused because myself and the other person had the same last name.

okay, decent value
Pros:

I kept accidently demagintizing my room key, so got locked out multiple times which was kind of annoying. Some of the amentities they advertise aren't availaale (i.e. Hot tub/whirlpool, luggage storage, etc.).

Cons:

The rooms are a little run down, but decent and comfortable. The comp. breakfast was decent. The staff was really nice.

Decent stay overall and the staff was nice!
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. I know hotel breakfast can only do so much. They did have a variety of foods to choose from so that was nice. I loved the location of the hotel though. You could walk to a lot of things.

Cons:

I thought it could have been a little more clean in the room specifically the carpet area. Also, there was hardly any shampoo or body wash in the shower and the conditioner was completely empty.
