Stay was very nice and would use again.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast package was very good too. It was quiet as well.

Cons:

There wasn’t much parking at the building but a garage was next to it.

Not impressed. Will NOT be back.
Cons:

No free parking I was told that there was free parking. The staff wouldn’t let me park in the little check in circle and unload my bags. I had to park my car a block away and walk my bags to the hotel. The elevator buttons were NOT working. I was not informed and had to carry my bags up 4 flights of stairs.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible and $10 each person for each day. We came back from lunch and housekeeping had left our door open. Parking is extra.

Never staying again!’
Pros:

The location near the stadium

Cons:

Check in was at 3. I didn’t get my room til most 6pm. They kept telling my over and over they were still cleaning it. I had to wait in the lobby for over 3 hours with my children!!!!!

Nice downtown hotel right by the football stadium
Pros:

Wouldn’t stay here again. Need to update parking policy.
Pros:

It was close to my destination. Front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

Paid parking. The staff said “are you parking with us today?” Isn’t everyone parking?? An additional $25 charge to park is crazy. Our comforter also had two big black/maroon stains.

Overall it was a good experience
Pros:

I did not get the breakfast due to not wanting to pay for it. The location was perfect for the venue I was attending. Overall it was a good experience.

Cons:

I did not like that there were not too many restaurants within walking distance. The room looked clean but there was a piece of clothing that was from a previous guest that was found. I didnt like i had to pay for parking.

Service Failure Due to Inadequate Staffing and Management Oversight
Pros:

Hotels know well in advance when they are expecting a busy week, and that is precisely why management is responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels when the property is fully booked.

Unfortunately, that was not our experience when we arrived on August 15. We had to wait six hours before our rooms were ready due to a lack of housekeeping resources. Meanwhile, there appeared to be little support from hotel management, as the front desk staff were unable to provide solutions or meaningful updates. So it seems, it's my problem that they have a full booked hotel.

Furthermore, as an IHG member since 2011, I expected a higher level of support and customer care. Unfortunately, my loyalty did not appear to make any difference in resolving the situation. I contacted the customer service center for assistance, but the representatives were unable to fully understand the issue or provide meaningful support. This only added to the frustration of an already disappointing experience.

No communication about there being no rooms available late at night.
Pros:

Location, bed was comfortable

Cons:

We showed up at 9pm and there was no room ready for us. We along with several others waited over an hour to be able to check in. No call or text to let us know there would be a late check in. After traveling, waiting in a hotel lobby is the last thing you want to have to do.
