Fantastic stay
Pros:

Where everyone makes you feel like family! From Matthew the GM to Miss Paulette, Miss Sarah, and Maria. Fantastic hot tub open from 6am to midnight. From 10pm to midnight adults only. The place is busy with activity. New furniture and such arriving. I plan on treating myself once a month!

Pros:

Staff was great! I’ve been there twice when the same front desk woman was working and she is very friendly and attentive! We go do my son can swim. Pool and hot tub are always clean and comfortable

The hotel itself is fine and the room was clean

Cons:

But our experience was seriously affected by noise from the upstairs guests. From the afternoon all the way into the late night — even around 1–2 a.m. — there was constant loud noise in their room. We contacted the front desk and asked for help, and while they said they would remind the guests, the issue was never really resolved.

Because of this, we didn’t get proper rest at all. For a hotel stay, a quiet environment at night is very important, so this was quite disappointing.

I hope the hotel can improve how they handle noise complaints in the future.

Cons:

Spa (hot tub) was broken with no indication until check-in. Charged $200 for a deposit because I was local (within 30 mi while a friend living 2mi away was charged $25 deposit because ID showed differentcity of residence). Room had obvious water stains in corner. In wall heater was loud while running. Somehow the TV quality looked old

Good location. There was a pool for the kids. The breakfast was nice as well as the ladies working the dining room area.

Cons:

Bathtub was rusty and holes in the bottom of the bathroom wall under the sink area.

We always enjoy staying at this hotel
Pros:

We have stayed numerous times at this hotel. It is conveniently located off the freeway. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and that all of your needs are met. Paulette has been there for many years and we always enjoy seeing her on our visits back to the hotel. She is one of the main reasons we started staying at this hotel. The day manager Mathew is also very friendly and goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable.
