Good overall
Pros:

Good points: easy check-in, comfy beds, nice towels (not scratchy like some places); there's some noise (mostly kids running the halls), but the air-conditioning fan is like a "white noise" device, so that cancels most of it out. There's a pool and hot tub if you're into that sort of thing.

Not-so-good points: the Wi-Fi is terrible! It disconnects frequently and is painfully slow. You only get two servings of coffee (one regular, one decaf), so if you don't want decaf or more than one cup, you have to trek down to the lobby.

Bottom line: if you need a comfortable place to crash, it's not bad, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Was fine for one night after enjoying the Toledo Zoo, wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The location and the fact that they had a working pool & hot tub.

Cons:

The clientele, unfortunately (ghetto); the wifi went down and the front desk gal acted like she couldn’t do anything about it. I went downstairs to ask about it, and someone was already ahead of me in line about the same thing. I guess maybe enough people complained then maybe 20 minutes later, it miraculously worked again.

It was a good stay for a good value.
Pros:

The staff were great. Sarah was excellent, provided extra linens and pillows for us without hesitation. Asked how my kids and I slept and ensured we were having a good time.

Cons:

They utilize wristbands for the pool. I was told that the pool was not built to support the hotels capacity.

Cons:

The rooms were not as clean as expected. Dried up make-up on the bathroom counter top. Hair on one bed and hair along bathroom floors. I cleaned it myself.
The outlets were not up to tech standard. Inconvenient location of outlets. Phones were stained and dirty.
The ac and fan made strange sounds and the freeway was so loud, both made it difficult to sleep.
