Broken toilet seat
Pros:

I called the front desk about the broken toilet seat. She was kind enough to offer us another room but it was later in the evening when we noticed. We declined since we were tired. But it was good to have the option

Amazing! Hot tub was perfect! Loved after hours for adults too!

Cons:

Needed to request more toiletries due to housekeeping coming every third day, but they were very accommodating once asked so no issues :)
