Pros:

Location and the size of the penthouse.
Also there is a gentleman at reception with curly hair, he is so pleasant, very client focused.
Then the gentleman at the restaurant…5 star service

They stay was nice they room was very beautiful and spacious.
Pros:

the room was very clean and they even upgraded our room and it was so specious.

Cons:

we booked for the apartment and we expected to arrive at 2 pm but since we were travelling from Durban and had some delays we arrived around 3:30 pm but when we arrived the room was still not ready.

This is one of the best hotels to stay when traveling alone of with family & friends .. the staff are amazingly helpful, venue location easy accessible, the rooms feel like home , clean and spotless .. comfortable and gorgeous atmosphere .. I truly recommend and love staying here 🤍🌻🫶

Great service & friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable". I booked a standard room but I was upgraded to 3 bedroom apartment 🥳😳🎉

L emplacement, le cadre et la facilité de ce garer.la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

J ai pas vraiment eu un appartement mais plutôt une chambre.il y a quand même frigidaire et micro-ondes mais pas assez de place pour pouvoir déjeuner tranquille.
