Çok rahat ve konforlu bir konaklamaydı.
Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi,merkeze çok yakında ulaşım olarak hiç sıkıntı çekmedik. Otel çok temizdi, çalışanlar da çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Odalar tertemizdi, çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha Edinburgh’a gelsek net yine bu otelde kalırız.

Pros:

Excellent location, Hotel excellent, staff excellent.

Cons:

Food offer was a bit strange in presentation. Main dining did not have an attractive menu. Limited bar food service but larger in room service. We ate in the dining room first night only. The other nights the dining room was mostly empty. Ate out at near by restaurants which were very busy. Far better food offers there.

Amazing! Staff and overall feel- brilliant!
Pros:

The staff on reception and at the bar were lovely! Complimentary upgragded our room which was so lovely. Spa was clean and simple. Room was amazing and the little added extras are fab!

Cons:

It’s a little loud at night and first thing in the morning but it’s city centre so to be expected

Pros:

the location is convenient for taking train and joining the hop on hop off bus. It will be better to request the higher floor since it will be too noisy to accommodate at the lower floor. In addition, the window can be opened to let fresh air in.

Amazing, friendly and such a great community of staff
Pros:

Brilliant location, Staff were amazing… helpful, polite and really brought a great cheer and atmosphere to our weekend away. It was my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a gorgeous room too.
The staff were great at replying quickly and organised a lovely cake and balloon package for me to surprise Ty. Can not fault this hotel at all…
We can’t wait to come back again soon :)

Had a tiny problem with the AC in the room BUT One quick call to the receptionist and it was all sorted within minutes sooooo NOTHING WE DIDNT LIKE

Amazing hotel where nothing is too much trouble would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone

Hotel is excellent in the best location and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the spa facilities were just what was needed after a day walking round Edinburgh.

Great location and rooms. The sauna and pool were great!

Cons:

Only thing we noticed is the rooms don't have a lot of soundproofing from the hallway - we could often hear other guests or staff passing by talking very clearly and at times quite loud.
