Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Most guests report rooms and facilities are clean, though there are notable negative incidents (a pre-clogged toilet, a guest asked to plunge it, and one report of housekeeping waking a guest). Overall generally clean but with occasional serious lapses.
Service
9.5
Repeatedly praised staff (multiple mentions of friendly, helpful front desk staff and specific praise for 'Lisa' and night staff). Some management failures reported in one severe reservation/accessible-room issue, but overall service is a strong positive.
Location
9
Frequently noted as a strength: convenient for food/shopping, close to family, safe parking area, and reasonably located relative to airport in at least one report.
Room Quality
6.5
Mixed to negative: several mentions of hard mattresses and pillows, outdated rooms, blackout curtains not fully covering windows, AC not keeping rooms cold, and reports of noisy neighbors.
Amenities
6.8
Mixed amenities: warm pool is a positive, breakfast area generally present but inconsistent, gym equipment reported broken, and Wi‑Fi reported as poor/non‑existent by some guests; parking has maneuverability issues due to construction.
Value for Money
8
Multiple reviewers call it good value or good price for the accommodations; some guests explicitly state it is a good value despite some shortcomings.
Food and Beverage
7
Breakfast is repeatedly mentioned but opinions vary: some find it good or adequate, others call it so-so with limited options (out of cream, limited fruit) though coffee is noted positively.
Overall Experience
7.3
Overall mixed but leaning positive: many guests enjoyed clean, comfortable stays with friendly staff and would return, while a minority experienced severe issues (clogged toilet, reservation errors, housekeeping disturbances) that significantly lowered their experience.

Pros:

The staff was nice and made my check in so easy. The place was clean and comfortable. We didn't stay for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Couldn't close the window curtains all the way. House keeping woke us up early by trying to open our door.

I’m disgusted with this place and will never go back.
Cons:

Toilet was clogged before we even got there. Could not give us a new room, no hotels available around us. We asked for maintenance and they dropped off a plunger at our door. They made ME (while pregnant) plunge my own toilet for an issue I didn’t even cause! Spoke to management with no resolution and they never even apologized. Their response “well we gave you a plunger that works”. Unbelievable.

Good value in well-appointed accommodations.
Pros:

Well maintained, clean, well designed.

Cons:

Hard to maneuver into the parking due to construction (not the fault of the property).
Breakfast was so-so (out of cream, not much choice of fruit, OK but not good).

A good stay for a good price.
Pros:

Overall we had a good stay a t Comfort Suites Longmont. The area where the hotel is located feels safe for parking. The room was a decent size plus it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the person assigned to breakfast was really good about replenishing items as needed.
