Entire place could use a deep cleaning. Some of the staff including the desk Clearlake stand by the entrance smoking cigarettes. I don’t like

Pros:

We loved the breakfast and the beds. So comfy. The staff was kind and polite and helped us with our TV. We had to move to a different room but it went really smoothly.

Cons:

Even though my kids absolutely loved swimming, the pool gave us all rashes all over our body. It was really bad. There must be too much chlorine or something. And there was a really strong smell that made us nauseous

Pros:

I wish all hotels had roll in showers for the handicap
accessible room. The setup was perfect for my husband who has MS

Comfortsble clean room
Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t good. Too many unattended children occupying the waffle iron, taking high volumes of food. The eggs were pressed down cylinders, not good!
