The employee who was on the night shift Friday was very welcoming and friendly and helped solve an issue id been having all day
When we arrived one side of the bed had no power to the lamp or outlet and the cable was not hooked up and once it was the remote wasnt programmed to the cable box we didnt have television until a night shift employee fixed it and at one point the smoke alarm went off when we were in the spa tub
Room Size
Tv remote did not work well. Lots of black mold in the bathrooms and wallpaper peeling and ceiling damage. Beds seem very wore out. The breakfast was not very good.
Cleanliness throughout.. breakfast area easy to access and clean .

Convenient to where we wanted to be.
The room was not very clean. The staff was rude. We had 5 in our room that slept 6. We had 4 sets of bath linens and when we asked for a fifth set we were told no. We had to argue to get another set of towels.
Great location, clean, comfortable!
We liked just about everything: location, staff, facilities, value, breakfast. All staff in the breakfast area were very friendly, Karen especially.
The pool was small but that was good for being there with more than child. Staff were all very helpful and kind.
The sofa bed had a dirty sheet. Breakfast was decent but slow with replacing hot food. The air conditioner had a program and went to 78 in the night. It also turned off the fan in the night after I reset it. We all slept great until that happened.
Room/bed was comfortable
The 3rd floor and room had a very strong stale smell. The hotel is a little outdated for the price
