Room was cold no hot water we have stayed there before and it was very good and very clean

The room was a good size, and very clean, the en-suite was also very clean. A kettle, tea and coffee sachets, towels and hair dryer were provided.
The private parking was excellent, easy to get in, and out, and always available.
The room has two nice looking chairs, which I would describe as, tub chairs. But for me, the low backs were too uncomfortable digging in my back. I did put a pillow there which helped for a short time. We couldn’t use the wi-fi because every time we tried with two different phones, we kept getting the, unable to connect message. I then got a message saying, this network is operating on wi-fi channels in use by several other nearby networks, try restarting the router, which we didn’t have access to, so couldn’t. The tv had issues, every time I tried to turned it over, it went to radio channels, if I pushed guide,it went to radio channels, we did get to use some channels, but it was all guess work, and I had to look what was on by looking on my phone, then trying to fined a number to get to it.

The room was excellent, clean and tidy, very comfortable beds and a fabulous shower room. Absolutely exceeded our expectations and will definitely stay here again. Great to have a cafe next door for our breakfast!
The outside staircase that led to our room was rather hazardous, mainly due to the rain. which meant it was very slippy, so you had to watch your step. However, this is a very minor issue and would certainly not prevent me from staying again.

Near to where we wanted to be. The room was lovely and warm. Can see why it’s called the snug.

Ample parking, the room was clean with a spacious shower room, the room was very quiet overnight (no traffic noise).
It was a 2-3 minute walk to the harbour and there were plenty of cafes and eateries. If yo love Italian try 'Insieme' restaurant good food at a reasonable price.

Really central location, 5 mins walk to harbour and good value for money. Clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. External pictures don’t do it justice. Next door to Seahouses cafe who do a great breakfast. Also the free parking saved a load of money on the pay and display charges in town.
The only gripe was that shower head slipped and I couldn’t get it back up to the right height. But apart from that, all good
