OK but not great
Pros:

On site breakfast
fast elevators
Cookies in afternoon, nice touch

Cons:

No sharps container for daily sugar check lancets
Dirty floor mat - stained with something brown
Towel and soap change was inconsistent-good 1st and 3rd day - very poor on 2nd day - even following hotel instructions
No replenishment of supplies - kerig, cups etc. during entire stay
Lack of USB ports - existing ones broken - wires hanging out (there were only 2 in entire room) and not working. Let front desk know on 1day and still not repaired by check out - feel like request to get working feel on deaf ears.
For a hotel that rates itself as good for business travellers, this is not the case with non working USB ports
Asked at front desk if they had a spot for phone charging, told no. Not helpful at all.
Parking is very confusing - signs say Paid Parking must be displayed to avoid ticketing but front desk says to ignore signs and just park in any spot but did need to give plate #.

I would never recommend this hotel. I stay alot of places…I never am picky but this was the worst!
Pros:

Location was out of the way but not to bad

Cons:

Staff was rude
No towels in room
Sink was clogged (no one bothered to fix it after I said something)
Noisy people next door
Will NEVER ever recommend this place

Pros:

The continental breakfast, was pretty bare and very little selection. The options that were available were enjoyable, but not restocked for a long time.

Cons:

Ensure fully stocked selection and fruit would have been a nice option for the kids playing sports.

Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and very friendly

Cons:

Because I was there for work it was very important to have Wi-Fi the Wi-Fi went down which is not their fault it was down for half a day it came back up then there was an issue with the TV the elevators are so loud that if you're going to stay you have to make sure to ask to be as far away from them as possible I was right next door to the elevators and it kept me up half the night.

Great stay in 40 minutes from Toronto (weekend)
Pros:

We had a family trip from Ottawa to Toronto for a weekend.
Decided to stay in Newmarket for 2 nights.
Beautiful hotel. Good breakfast. We didn’t go the pool. Other guests enjoyed it.

Pros:

The Keurig Coffee machine made brewing noises, but did not produce any coffee in the cup. We know how to operate Keurig machines and this seems to have been problem with other guests too, and evidenced by other reviews and water in the reservoir before we added any.

The $5 charge for parking seemed unnecessary and perhaps even petty, so purely for the optics, we would have preferred for this parking charge to be added to the room rate so that we were unaware of it's existence.

Excellent breakfast, nice staff. Nice decor

Cons:

The suite had a kitchenette, however there were empty cupboards and drawers. No glasses, dishes or utensils and don't think the sink was hooked up. Choose this room for the kitchenette but wasn't operational. Paid for something that wasn't completed.
