Very modern and clean and easy parking

Clean and modern.
A little out of the way but parking is right there so not a problem.
Loud elevator ruined things. Room was large, clean, and comfortable, except the clanking of the elevator was too annoying for rest. This was true even for a room 4 doors down from it.
Good fitness center.
This hotel is close to plaza's with lots of food and shopping options. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with 2 big smiles, check-in was smooth and quick. The outside and interior corridors and lobby are immaculate. This is my 2nd of 5 days here and so far I have no complaints at all. The breakfast was delicious this morning with everything from cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurts, fruit, hot items this morning were waffle maker, egg & cheese omelette, sausage links, bacon, and baked beans. All kinds of breads and baked goods. Condiments including pb & j, cream cheese, butter, and toppings you can put on your oatmeal and yogurts. Full juice dispenser including orange, cranberry, apple (touchless which I love). They have a large glass canister of fruit infused water in the lobby, such a nice touch! The fitness center... WOW!!! No weight machines BUT they have state of the art cardio machines including a recumbent bike, treadmills, a spinning bike, and stair masters. They have a boxing bag, exercise balls, floor mats, a bunch of hand weights and bench. Clean, comfortable temperate and plenty of towels. There's even a scale to weigh yourself and also an automatic water dispenser. I am very impressed with their fitness center. My room is very spacious with a microwave, keurig coffee maker with all the condiments and k-cups, nice size mini fridge. The lighting is great, carpets seem new and the BED...OMG... SO comfortable!! I never want to leave. There's a nice size sitting are with a beautiful tan leather sofa and flat screen tv. I work remotely so the desk area is very spacious for me to lay out all my things. There's even a nice half dresser to lay your opened suitcase on. The bathroom is very spacious too - clean, modern and good water pressure. No bathtub but it is a walk-in shower with a glass sliding door. I requested a high floor away from the elevator (i'm a sound sleeper) and got what I requested. I was having an issue with one of the pieces of exercise equipment - I called the front desk from the house phone and the manager came right to me within 1 minute. I went to the front desk today to request some information for my room invoice and I was assisted right away. All in all, I have zero complaints. I come to the area at least once a month and look forward to making this hotel my home away from home.
Room was clean and neat…window blinds did a good job of stopping annoying external illumination. Shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable and good choice of pillow style. Breakfast was clean and well stocked.
No charge for parking would have been a good thing. At the price of a nights stay, the added, ( after checkout to my credit card, NOT on the room bill )of $15.00 per night, ( $60.00 for 3 nights…) was an unwelcome surprise.
Clean and quite comfortable
The AC stopped working 3 times in the night and had to be reset. Charging $5 for overnight parking is ridiculous. There is nowhere else to park so you are just gouging your guests. I can't remember that last time I had to pay to park at a hotel. At least make it a perk for Bonvoy members.

No replenishment of supplies - kerig, cups etc. during entire stay
Lack of USB ports - existing ones broken - wires hanging out (there were only 2 in entire room) and not working. Let front desk know on 1day and still not repaired by check out - feel like request to get working feel on deaf ears.
For a hotel that rates itself as good for business travellers, this is not the case with non working USB ports
Asked at front desk if they had a spot for phone charging, told no. Not helpful at all.
Parking is very confusing - signs say Paid Parking must be displayed to avoid ticketing but front desk says to ignore signs and just park in any spot but did need to give plate #.
The continental breakfast, was pretty bare and very little selection. The options that were available were enjoyable, but not restocked for a long time.
Ensure fully stocked selection and fruit would have been a nice option for the kids playing sports.
Location was out of the way but not to bad

The staff were very accommodating and very friendly
Because I was there for work it was very important to have Wi-Fi the Wi-Fi went down which is not their fault it was down for half a day it came back up then there was an issue with the TV the elevators are so loud that if you're going to stay you have to make sure to ask to be as far away from them as possible I was right next door to the elevators and it kept me up half the night.
