Very pleased with everything. We have always had good experiences with Holiday Inn express
Pros:

Breakfasts were great. The breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating. Eating area very clean.
Front desk very friendly and helpful. Always greeted us going either in or out Have stayed here before and will do so again

The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and always welcoming

Cons:

There really is nothing wrong, we always stay here 90% of the time when we are in town to take our grandkids swimming in the indoor pool. This time the pool needed to be cleaned really bad, this is the only time it has been like this. We were told someone was on their way out to clean it.
