Affordability, location and comfort

Breakfast very good. It was convenient

Cons:

Was notified a few days before our arrival that the pool and spa was closed for repairs. On the second night of our stay the television system went down for entire hotel about 8 pm. They did have a maintenance person come on Sunday however couldn’t get parts to Monday. They accommodated us by turning on the breakfast area tv (on a different system) so we could watch the Super Bowl.

All is all the stay was pleasant.
Pros:

The breakfast choices great and the serving area was well maintained. The site provided fresh fruit and pastry giving anyone the opportunity to take advantage and start their say off right!
In addition, the special accommodation indicated the staff was attentive to the needs of the customers.

Cons:

Puzzling was the management's statement for their particular site that they charge a $250.00 fee when booking/staying, in addition to the $25.00 incidental fee, based on favorable weather conditions. This is problematic, especially when accommodation was made online, and the situation could be problematic if the money wasn't readily available.

Convenient Hotel to I-75 and restaurants
Pros:

Great check-in process. We accidentally left an expensive item behind and the front desk called us a few hours after we were on the road to arrange shipping the item to our destination.

Fairly nice hotel with issues

Location was good. Nice as it was new.

Cons:

Toilet broken, nonspeaking English worker didn't relay he wasn't coming back to fix toilet. Had to move rooms. Wrong room given and key didn't work. No bottled water to sell, only sodas and other drinks. Workman ship, especially in both bath rooms, different rooms didn't look professional and sloppy finishes considering this is a new hotel.
