Terrible, would not recommend to my enemies.
Pros:

Location was great, very close to everything. Only 1 hour from Philadelphia and 2 hours from DC.

Cons:

They placed me at the last room at the end of the hallway. I could hear people coming in and out of the side door all hours of the night. The smoking gazebo was right outside of my window and I could hear people as early as 6am and as late as 12am laughing and talking. Additionally, at 2am someone was shooting fireworks off in the parking lot. Couldn’t get any rest at all. Cleanliness of the room was terrible, I could see dirt on the floor as I walked in, old food left in the microwave, and bugs in the shower.

Excellent location and very comfortable with friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location for all the activities and necessities we needed at the time. The area was clean and safe with brilliant bars and restaurants in walking location. Parking was very easy.

Cons:

The bathroom needs updating. The shower curtain had marks on it and was a little stained. A few holes and cracks in the bathroom which where noticeable

Pros:

It was so clean! I especially loved the complimentary cookies and sweet tea offered ! The place exceeded my expectations - I would stay here again!

Comfortable but not appealing. I would return but not with my wife. She said she would not

Staff, convenient location near the highway, sort of private, great amenities like a large refrigerator, microwave, and hot plate

Cons:

The room seemed dingy, the carpet looked and smelled old, no room service for less than a 7-day stay, which meant that if I needed new linens or towels, I would have to get them at the front desk.
