Great location near my event.

Cons:

It was my third time staying there due to going up there for a concert. I was placed on the 1st floor level and was disappointed with the room. Last 2 times were better on the 2nd floor plus more cleaner.

I summon up the experience as a zero as far as the room and amenities for the bathroom, but the staff was excellent.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff was the only thing that kept us from complaining, making a call to corporate. Everything else was zero, we what’s not happy at all for the amount of money that was paid. For our first time ever staying in a candlewood what’s a bad experience will never stay out of counter Wood again.

Cons:

Everything was old the smell the barking of the dog in a room across the hallway, kitchen floor and closet to ironing board and iron had trash all over the floor the couch. The lining on the bottom was falling off cushion sunken reclining chair was half decent.

It was enjoyable and hopefully will return next year for the Berks Jazz Festival 🎶
Pros:

I have stayed here a few times and I like the location the rates are good.

Cons:

This trip was a little disappointing this is time .. my room was not comfortable it was a very sour smell like an old mop!!! Also the beds were very uncomfortable.. I I have never had an issue here before.
