Would think twice because... read what I didn't like.
Pros:

It was a place to stop when we were done driving! Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable, cute little kitchen that we didn’t use

Cons:

I woke up to sticks poking me in the bed. No I did not check it out before I jumped in - I was too cold and tired. Also the tub was dirty with a nasty dirty crack - so that killed the morning shower.

Convenient & comfortable. No frills, did the job.
Pros:

Convenient for visiting folks at Sun City. Kitchenette was convenient. Laundry and spacious room made it suitable for a longer stay.

Cons:

We had no suitcase stand, my big bag was on the floor and the other suitcase was on the chair.
