Great hotel. Great breakfast buffet.
We stayed here two nights to explore Sevilla. The hotel is a little on the outskirts of the center, but has great public transportation to get there. We enjoyed the tour with the city sightseeing bus and found a station that was actually fairly close and walkable to the hotel.
If you don’t mind putting in some steps this is a great option. We had a rental car and were able to park it in the garage of the hotel. The car elevator is really cool. Never seen that before!
We would probably stay here again.
I was also really thankful to the house keeping staff. I forgot my jewelry bag in a drawer in the room. I was so happy when I called and they told me that house keeping had turned it in to the office! That was amazing and so honest! Thank you so much again!

Easy to get to

The night clerk was cold and not welcoming.

The breakfast was poor even for a 3 star hotel, let alone a 4 star one. Without any variation over the three days.
Thr room was ok.

Bad experience, I had a leaking noise in the bathroom, I asked them to fix it and the guy couldn’t figure out the issue, the next day I asked to change rooms, they said they had none available. The next day I asked and they said they had a room but that they’d try to get the issue fixed, no one fixed anything, the woman at the front desk didn’t give me a response, I got tired of insisting, in a summary, I didn’t sleep anything because the leaking noise wouldn’t let me sleep. I gave it 2 stars because the breakfast was ok , eggs were cold. The location is very far from the city center. Honestly I do not recommend this place.

This was a really bad experience, don't expect a good hotel with friendly behavior. I booked a room for a week, the sheets were not changed and they were dirty, the reception said that only on the first day they will give water, coffee, tea, soap as a welcome gift and for the rest of the days of stay nothing will be given, which I have never experienced in any hotel. The behavior of the reception staff is not friendly at all. Overall, staying in this hotel is not a good experience.

Great staff, friendliness, breakfast buffet was really good. Room had a small refrigerator which I appreciated. Neighborhood was so so, I took advantage of the secure underground. Still close to a few restaurants and a LIDL if you need something. I would gladly use this hotel again.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. My room was incredibly spacious. Clean and comfortable. Front desk was welcome and kind. The only thing I didn't like was how the area can be a little sketchy sometimes. The neighborhood is not the best but not the worst. One time I was returning to my hotel around 9:30pm via uber on a Saturday night and I was followed by a homeless man and he followed me all the way to the hotel steps. He was persistently calling out to me and matching my speed of walking. One thing I would like to advocate is better lighting outside the hotel at night as the back areas are quite dark and sometimes scary coming back to the hotel. There is a Burger King right outside which can invite a lot of people but also unsavory people at night. The hotel is a short ride to downtown. I mostly took uber to and from downtown. Breakfast is not bad. If you book the breakfast the night before it will be a bit cheaper than paying for it the day of.

Very nice hotel, service was ok, but the location did not work for us,

Nice place to stay while we were in Seville. If your planning on renting a car they do have parking but be sure if your coming in from the airport direction once you reach the round a bout in front of hotel take the first exit you’ll be on a one way street and parking is behind the hotel in a parking garage.

A well maintained hotel, convenient with friendly Staff.

For us it was ok , parking was a bit hard in the street but not impossible. Staff where nice and very helpful.

Hotel front desk staff was great.

All Front staff were excellent. I can't remember the young lady's name who checked us in the afternoon of April 27th but she was the definition of friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and parking on site safe. Would stay again.
